Helpful, but unable to. They dont stock ordinary lace curtains, only fancy ones! Im an ordinary person and only want ordinary stuff! Sorry!!

It was a good experience,however I didnt find what I was looking for,they definitely have a lovely range of fabrics and there setup is really good, they have good quality stuff but their items are a bit pricey.

Good place for material and good price, but with small squatter camp in parking area, dont know how long it will be a save parking area.

Incredible experience. It was my 1st time but it felt like home. Customer service was outstanding. Jenny was very helpful as I dont know much about curtain material. I would nominate her as the employer of the month- keep up the excellent service.

5 floors of fabric nicely organized to the type that you need. Honestly the the most organized store I have come across so far in Woodstock. Top floor has all you sewing needs covered in accessories.Staff on each floor to help you with what you need although I have to say not all staff are very helpful.I asked for a specific material which they did not have and asked then for a recommendation to a store, where they referred me to one far away. When I walked out I saw there are two more beautiful fabric stores located right next to them.

I went to Fabric City looking for good quality suiting fabric, for which I was prepared to pay a premium price. I regret that I experienced very bad service when I sought basic professional advice and assistance. The staff I tried to speak to were rude and dismissive. When, after 15-20 minutes, one staff member came grudgingly to help, s/he displayed little knowledge and even less concern. I left and will not return.

The service is appalling.Today I went fabric shopping, specifically looking for swatches, and I was met with the worst customer experience by a man on the upholstery floor. When I asked for swatches he sighed loudly and mumbled under his breath. Throughout the whole experience he made me feel uncomfortable and acted really unprofessional. I have been to Fabric City several times and I mostly encounter rude sales people that make you feel unwelcome and make it feel like a chore or an inconvenience whenever I ask for something. I do not understand how a business can tolerate rude and unprofessional employees when those sales people are literally costing the business money as I was fully intending on returning to purchase more fabric from the store but that is unlikely.However, the only reason I kept returning is because of two lovely ladies on the first floor who are always willing to help me and are extremely patient with me. There are also two men on the ground floor that are also willing to guide and assist me whenever I need it.

Service is horrible. There is nothing worse than wanting professional guidance from the staff and getting treated horribly with zero customer service. Ive noticed that this is the standard behavior towards the fashion design students. Just a friendly reminder that the youth are the future of many fabric shops business and good customer relations with fashion design students means good business in the long run. Personally, would not recommend buying fabric here.

They were very short and rude for some reason, but through reading the other reviews it seems like I’m not the only one. They have a ridiculously huge range and variety of fabrics from clothing to furniture applications, they even got a floor just for bridal stuff. This place has a lot of potential, but with service like that I don’t see them going to far
