You will never guess how much technology and effort goes into making your favourite refreshment. The helpful guide takes you from the beginning through the factory and bottling process.The whole process takes less than 45 minutes and theres a tasting afterward so best to make sure you have someone to drive you home.Its not wheelchair friendly

The tour was just perfect. The booking was easy enough online and the tour co-ordinators were quick to respond to the tour bookings. On the day, make sure you are wearing flat fully closed flat shoes. The tour was about 1 hour long including the beer tasting. The history is rich and you get to taste variety of beers at the bar. You get to see behind the scenes of the beer production. Give it a try!

SAB NEWLANDS TOURS are by far one of the BEST social activities to do straight after our current COVID-19 Lockdown and definitely one of the best places to visit after the COVID-19 pandemic and especially on Saturdays. Newlands Brewery staff are always going the extra mile by making you feel at home.

We had a great experience! Lauren was an awesome guide. We were lucky enough to see the packaging plant running. Very interesting to see The process and some of The old equipment used. The beer tasting and free drinks were the perfect ending.

Tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable, if youre a fan of industrial processes and robots their main floor is a treat. With the student discount it is a legitimate option for predrinks at R80 for 5 tastings, the tour, and two pints.

A very nice tour, learnt so much. The bottling was fascinating but unfortunately because it was a Saturday it was not operational. The volumes being produced are amazing. The tasting was the best part!

Great informative tour of South Africas history of beer! Tour of the Brewery process, how it all gets from raw ingredients, to that delicious refreshing beverage that we all love so much. Definitely worth it! And you get 2 full Draughts of your choice at the end of the tour. 🍺🍺🍺🍺🤙🤙🤙

The brewery tour is a great way to improve the bond between you and your favourite way to rehydrate.At a very reasonable price you get a guided walkthrough of the entire process of production, from barley malting to packaging. Satisfying the majority of the Western Capes thirst is no easy feat, and its impressive to see it in action.On top of that, you get a tasting of beers to finish off your tour as well as 2 free SAB draughts of your choice! Well worth a visit for any normal human

Its great. They have all the information that you need to know about the history of SAB.

Love the location and vibe, the bounce house was great for kids. Looking forward to it getting bigger. Parking was a struggle though.

Interesting, informative and fun.Great guide with excellent people skills. As a wine lover I throughly enjoyed the delicious beer tasting. I learnt that Carling Black Label and Lion Larger are the same brew with different labels.Beautiful setting definitely worth a visit.😊
