Busy but its a good busy always vibrant the staff

My mom is nearing 70 and has been searching for the perfect pair of sneakers. Dane, one of the assitants, provided exceptional customer service to my mom. From the moment we set foot in the store, he was gracious, patient, and attentative. She saw not a pair, but THE pair. When it looked like they didnt have her size, he went and double check rather than just trust whats on the shelves. And wouldnt you know it, her size was somewhere in the store. He also enquired what style she was looking for, which colours, price points, gathering suggestions for her to try on while he searched for the ellusive pair. In between searching, he frequently came around to hear what she thought, what she liked and didnt like, adapting his suggestions accordingly. He eventually found THE pair, bringing a massive smile to my moms face. In the end she was between THE pair and another pair which she discribed as walking on clouds. Dane listened to her concerns of each and what she liked, explaining the differences between the styles, brands and fabrications. Helping my mom make the perfect decision. Dane made shopping at Footgear, Willowbridge a joyous occasion. Footgear and Footgear, Willowbridge you have a superstar employee in your midst. Dane, if you are reading this, you are exactly the type person the world needs more of. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my mom. Words cannot describe what this experience and THIS pair of sneakers means for us.

Brilliant service from Khaya and Manuel who are friendly and professional. Khaya directly me to the perfect hiking boots for my son and convinced me to buy some Merrels for myself at a great price. Manuel assisted me with walking shoes (takkies) ... Brilliant assessment for my broad foot and weight... Excellent fit! The ladies on the floor were also friendly and eager to assist. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the sales consultant who assisted me yesterday at the Willowbridge branch - he is light of complexion with spiked hair. This gentleman greeted me as I came down the staircase and I was looking for a specific pair of Asics sneakers. He showed me their selection and although they did not have what I was looking for, he provided me with sufficient recommendations. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Always good. My old friend started this business and its good to see they are still going well. Free coffee and great specialsHowever, been disappointed lately when trying to get advice on shoes that none of the sales people ran themselves!! Ended up getting the complete wrong shoes twice and only figured it once I had used them.

Footear and HiTec sport shoes , totally rubbish . people always say we should not buy imitation shoes as they do not last , so I bought a pair of name brand Hitec running shoes for more than R600 and they have only lasted about 7 months ... the shoe is pulling away from the soles , absolute rubbish . I have got more use out of a PEP stores shoe that only cost R 140 . Hi Tec running shoes are a complete waste of money , do not buy Hitec or at Footgear . Bought at Footgear last year but their excuse is shoe is over 10 years old , how do we as customers know how old the stock is in a shop as there was not best by date on box . Hi-Tec and Footgear are very dishonest and sell rubbish and management of both just duck and dive the responsibility .

Compared to any other shoe store:-Very competitive pricing-Out of this world service (my wife was offered coffee or tea after the attendant loosened all the shoelaces of the shoes she wanted to try today)-Large selection with ample shoe sizes-Conveniently located close to the N1 (we drove all the way from Paarl after not succeeding at 3 other dedicated shoe stores).
