Very friendly staff! My dad wanted a pair of shoes but unfortunately they did not have his size in stock. One of the staff members went way and beyond to find the shoe and size at Willowbridge mall and my dad cannot be more thrilled to have the shoe in both black and brown. While we waited, we were offered the most delicious and fresh hot chocolate. Thank you so much Footgear Brackenfell!😋
