Friendly staff. Love the atmosphere

Very big well marked building, staff were friendly and quick to sort my collection out. There was not much signage to tell me where To go like secretary - > and collections etc. Glad I could see the place from far off as their signage is well visible from the road.

My review: Kak people, Kak products!!!People be aware: most positive reviews on this page are fake! They are all 2 lines, something like great people, great service. No real stories.

Wow Vanessa wanted to complainant Quantum Products on a job well done with one of my installations and so the comments I have never been disappointed in them. Looking at your pics it is clearly there is severe water damage.

Do NOT ever do business with Quantum Products and SAWLFA (South African Wood Laminate & Flooring Association) partners conspiring together. Unethical businesses. They do not honor their product guarantee and deliver unprofessional / offensive customer service. They fabricate lies to profit themselves and provide no support to the customer who is left to live with a product that supposedly has a 10 year guarantee. Yet the product has deteriorated since the first day of installation it had white lines on the edges and colour fading etc etc other faults. The pics were taken within the first 3 to 6 months. It is the worst product, has misleading 10 year guarantee, yet the laminate perishes to a mere finger touch. to even allocate one star makes my blood boil

Vanessa, we have the same issue! The boards are sliding, you can move them by hand, Also all the corners are chipping, and it is supposed to be water resistant board even. Can we get in touch please, we are busy taking legal action against quantum. We bought expensive Kronopol boards. With a so called 20 year factory warranty. But it is all a lie. They push you around for months, and finally they send one of those fake SALGA accessors out, who than write a fake report where he leaves out all of the important details. I also contacted Kronopol in poland, but they keep pointing back to Quantum, while Quantum complains kronopol does not give them warranty.

We bought floors from their Durban branch. Boards are faulty but they refuse to replace them! they were the expensive imported ones!

Speak to a dealer/shop. You cant buy from them directly, but if you find the right avenue you will simply LOVE their products and services.Blinds, flooring, artificial lawn and even cleaning products
