I was looking for a reliable blind installer for Somfy operated blinds with a quality blind product. I visited various shops around Cape Town. Yes, Somfy is offered often, but I was never confident in the sales people and/or their blind product they offer. Luckily I then found Nolans at North Gate. Kind of small shop but the good thing is, they have all their products on display and you can feel & touch / test them. Also very knowledgable sales team that had good ideas and inputs. I selected first inside Luxaflex blinds with Somfy motors for all my windows and sliders in the house, which were professionally installed. And in the one case the product was not well produced ex factory, Thomas and his team did take care of it and replaced it immediately. I then also purchased inside plissees for my bathrooms (which you can close/slide bottom-up) which I could only find at Nolands. And my last purchase and installation was one outside sun-protection blind - again with Somfy motor. All was perfectly installed and I also appreciate the long warranty they grant on their products. Yes, it might look like having a higher price tag in first place, but I can only point out to consider the high quality product they use as material beside the Somfy components but also to note that their installation teams really take care during the installation, keep the areas of your house clean and work precisely without damaging or dusting your surrounding. And they stick to the planned and committed times ;-) GREAT JOB - thank you!!!
