Sales team are were very convincing about there product and their partner in Europe by selling me their newest Vynal flooring. Two months after installing the product the areas exposed to sunlight started lifting and de formed in the sun.IQP flooring came and glued down the areas that was exposed to sunlight. This did not work. When I contacted them back They told me I must put blinds up to protect the floor from the sunlight. This is not posible for this is the area we live out to the sun. They offered to replace the floor with something els because they do not bring in the product anymore. The new product they offered me black forest flooring was more than double the price than what I can get it from a preferred installer recommended from black forest flooring.When I questioned this they told me there offer does not stand anymore and can take them to court.From IQP flooring :Good Day Etienne,I am disappointed that you went and get more quotes after I show you our buying price from Fin floor.Without admitting any guilt, I have offered a replacement floor against my conviction according to the price list as a replacement.It was agreed with Raphael that we would offer the floor manufacturers guide price, plus the other materials and labor required. This calculation is available to you.I would like to point out again how the procedure secured by the manufacturer is. Calculation of the already used months. This means that it is assumed that the floor is worth only 80%. Only the material price in Switzerland is compensated.Should the de-installation reveal that there were installation errors, e.g. moisture or unevenness >4mm, we will of course not pay for any costs.IQPs offer is available. It is now up to you to accept or reject it.I definitely do not recommend IQP flooring

Came to measure up and never got back to me. Tried calling back and the woman put the phone down on me. Its a Pity because the guy who measured up seemed to know what he was talking about and was helpful. The lady who handles the admin and answers calls needs to be spoken to .

As Owner of IQP I give 5 Stars. I like to talk about the Stars we received. Why we can not give an answer of the Rating. I like to say something about H. Dr Papitsch. He gave 1 Star. Reason was his Floor was damaged by Water. We explain to him that nobody can repair Boards damaged by Water. He was extremely unfriendly, because it was not what he like to hear. We can not click the boards together because it was swollen. If you rate a Company - please let us know, why you gave this rating. Many Thanks (excuse my English)

IQP flooring provided very competitive prices and excellent service for the laminates we required for our floors. I can highly recommend their service!

Very nice people who give you good advices. The installation of the laminated flooring in my house was very well done.

Would love to learn more of their product range.
