The most unpleasant people to deal with so unfriendly with such attitude! Why work in such environment stay home rather! Blinds on the other hand I have no issues with prices are good to, but I will not use them again.

I was very excited I got there and the receptionist wasnt too bad, I waited a while to hand over my receipt to the guy and when I got home wow they gave me the wrong size, such a simple job to check the size Im speechless

Ive just made 9 calls to this company today 14th. Yesterday it was 8. Still didnt managed to speak to anyone re an order that I wanted to place. Amazing!!!

I purchased on two seperate occasions - 6 blinds in total.You provide your measurements and the lady infront will inform you of the sizes they have available and recommends if too big you can just cut the ends.At home, I ended up cutting all 6 blinds and left with numerous slates remaining.Then recommended my bro inlaw as the pricings good as he only required ONE blind.Lo and behold... He returns and informs me he CUSTOM ORDERED the blind and was given the SECOND option of having them CUT ONSITE if the blind instock was too big.I am bitterly DISAPPOINTED.

Brilliant service

They advertised a sale on their blinds ..which was very reasonble however upon entering the place ..long queues..alot of people had to turn back as they were standing in a long queue only to find out they dont have the size or the colour..i stood in queue for 2.hrs 15 minutes..The guy at the desk is not too clued up with the sizes as eventually i also went to the front to find out if they have my size..he assured me they have . i went to the cashier only to discover they dont have i had to make hasty decisions and in the process now sitting with 2 sets of blinds thats not fitting.My advise would be if you have a sale running again get some one to screen your queue..some one to assist the ppl outside so that when they go in to the cashier ..they know what they want and it will speed up the process..standing in a long queue ..not pleasant just to be turned back.
