I am very critical with my reviews.Cape Blinds exceeded all my expectations and can say without a shadow of a doubt was one of the most professional teams I have ever dealt with.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! 4 Months after paying for my blinds I still dont have it. Ive requested a refund and its been weeks - no refund or feedback yet. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKED AMATURES!

Unbelievably shoddy communication and lack of response. Non-delivery of paid-for goods and broken promises to resolve said issues daily! Ample chances given to get matters sorted, but thus far, no success. Appears this company has hit the skids.

Great service, and so easy to get the job done. Good understanding of what we wanted. Have used them three times now, and will definitely keep coming back!

Great service and a good understanding of what I wanted.

Blinds arrived 3 months late, sold product they didnt carry sock off. Took measurements twice, blinds still came out incorrect, had to be fitted twice. Waste of time and zero service.

If you want to deal with the worst company on earth, use this one. Awful.
