Amazing ebike rental!!! Christoph is super nice and very helpful for everything, the area is perfect for a day or weekend ride. From Hout Bay we went through the Chapmans Peak Drive to Noordhoek and its great for a spring day outside the city!

A couple of days ago, we rented four e-bikes for half a day. We were warmly welcomed by Christoph, as well as our guide Ronald. With our four e-bikes and the guide we set off and were introduced to AMAZING views.The e-bikes were very convenient and had different stages to chosefrom.The guide told us about South Africa and knew a lot of interesting things.It was an awesome tour, simply because one was not stuck in traffic and had the opportunity to stop anywhere and enjoy the views.Furthermore, the price-performance relationship was great, as it was a lot of fun and we got to see a lot of new areas.It was a great experience and we would definitely (and have already ) recommend(ed) it!!! :) Thank you so much for making this experience so great!

I had an amazing experience with Cape Lion E-Rides. Christoph is such a helpful friendly person and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a great time. I would highly recommend this whether you are a tourist or a local. The price was extremely fair for all that we did and saw. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience and fantastic service. The ride between Noordhoek and the V&A was a highlight.I did the ride solo and felt safe and in good company passing many cyclists.

This Sunday we had an epic private guided e-Mountainbike tour above Kirstenbosch Gardens with Christoph- it was such a thrill ! On top we had the most stunning weather with blue sky and lots of sun, which made it a bit more challenging in the forest. Ideal for all looking for a real nature exercise . Start and end at Constantia Nek to finish with a cool drink at La Parada -:)

An amazing day, we went for a guided option which who took us along some amazing trails. Bikes were excellent batteries lasted the whole time.

Christoph was easy to deal with and most helpful with getting bikes to suit all our needs. The batteries for the bikes lasted very well, infact not one was below 75% at the end of the day.We did the Houtbay to Cape Point Vineyards route which is spectacular, but with no cycle track its a little scary for kids.All in all it was a superb day out.

Excellent experience riding with Cape Lion E-rides. Christof was very helpful in arranging the experince even though this was at a short notice. The eMTBs were fantastic, well maintained and a pleasure to ride to through the forest on terrain that was very technical in places. Our guide, Ronald, was also very good made sure that the ride was safe and super fun.

We had the greatest day biking the scenic Chapman‘s Peak drive with Christoph! The bikes, the instructions, the view, the lunch recommendations etc were all beyond fantastic. I also enjoyed the easy communication and booking before going on the tour. Christoph even made the effort to drive ahead to take a video of us riding downhill. Don’t miss out on this very special Cape Town experience. I can only recommend it.

What a fantastic ride we had over Chapmans Peak and had lunch at Cafe Roux near Noordhoek. The bikes were well maintained and were very safe. Thanks to Christoff for all his prompt organising and been on hand the whole morning in case we had any troubles. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something different!

We rented two ebikes for half a day and Christoph and his wife were very professional and thoughtful and gave us lots of tips on the routes and the places to see around.The bycicles were in perfect condition and he provided helmets, spare tires, a repair kit and even a raincoat for my boyfriend.Theyre only 10min away from the beginning of the chapmans peak, so its the best place to rent a bike for those interested in riding on this scenic route.He just recently started his business and Im sure that it will grow very fast very soon.

Super nice day with great guide and breathtaking views with a round finale in a great restaurant. Not only the E Bike is fun, but also the tips of Cape Lion around it are great !!

Ronald is the best guide you can imagine. I can particularly recommend and recommend the route: Bay to Bay, which is just awesome and you get to see most of the sights. Of course you can also rent the e-bikes from Christoph.Starting in Bakoven at the love Cape Town Elephant mural, we take one of the most epic streches of coastal road in the Western Cape. On arrival at Hout Bay enjoy a coffee break before setting off along Chapmans Peak Drive. Take in stunning views and learn about the area before continuing on to Noordhoek. Enjoy a delicious lunch or wine tasting at one of our favorite stops before returning to Hout Bay.

We had a wonderful bike ride over the Chapmans Peak Drive with Christoph. The bikes were in great shape and Christoph conveyed his enthusiasm for cycling and the breathtaking surroundings in a rousing way. This was certainly a highlight of our trip. Only to be recommended!

Bicycles were in good condition. Many recommendations for good tours. Christoph cares personally and is always available.
