Kenneths customer service and product knowledge is excellent. The product range is great and prices are good. The website is very useful in giving you an idea of the cost of your project (there is a Build-Your-Own function). The lead times are quite long (3 weeks), but accurate, which helps with planning. Unfortunately, delivery is a bit of a shambles, with items missing.

I am not an expert but I believe their prices are good. I did find the service by staff exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have now become a reasonably good cabinet builder thanks to Lansdowne boards.

Dont use these guys. They are super dodgy. Charged me thousands for services they didnt actually deliver on. Also the workmanship is so poor, it looks like the machine operator was drunk while feeding the boards into the machine. Tried to offer a discount for future work rather than refunding. Seems like their standard MO to deal with bad service and poor quality complaints, even though I told them that I would rather stab myself in the face than do business again with them.Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, unless of course you appreciate rubbish quality and companies that make false promises!

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced also the quality of workmanship is pathetic. Edries Adams thinks he is doing a favour for customers when he needs to work on the weekend to fix their own mistakes. However even after the weekends work, their were still mistakes and items missing.

We have been dealing with Lansdowne boards for some time now and the received service is always so quick and efficient. Dealing with Yazeed is a pleasure and we hoping to do many more projects with them.Thanks and keep it up ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely no customer feedback. Unacceptably long manufacturing times which caused major delays to my construction project. Even after kicking up a fuss and endless promises by management, they still can’t deliver. Our construction business will not be dealing with them in future.

What an amazing experience. Such a great team, but dealing with Yazeed Davids has been an absolute pleasure! He answers all the silly questions you have as well as making huge effort and going the extra mile. I will go this route again when doing another kitchen.Thank you so much!!

My star rating is in fact ZERO, but I had to rate in order to leave a comment. We purchased white high gloss vinyl wrapped doors when we remodelled our kitchen a number of years ago. Over time the doors have discoloured. Some are cream and some are a darker beige.I took one of my doors in, together with pictures of the rest of my kitchen for them to so see what the rest of the doors look like and how mismatched my kitchen cupboards are. I was assisted by one of the sales persons who requested that I leave the door with him and promised me that he would send someone to hang the door and to assess the situation. After waiting 3 days, I eventually called them to follow up. They sent someone the following day to hang the door and to investigate. My cupboards are not in direct sunlight and I wipe them down with a soft cloth, so they were unable to provide me with a logical explanation as to why only certain doors had discoloured. It appears that mine is an unusual case and I was reassured that they were assessing the matter that was now escalated to the GM, Idries Adams. After weeks of waiting for a response and hearing nothing on the way forward, I again had to get in touch with Lansdowne Boards. The sales person reassured me that Idries Adams would contact me. A couple of days passed and still no phone call from Mr. Adams. The following day I received a called from the sales person who had been dealing with the matter to say that he spoke to Mr. Adams who has advised that their products are only guaranteed for a period of 2 years and since we purchased our doors about 5 years ago, there is nothing they can do and that if I wanted the matter resolved, I would have to reorder the doors at a discounted price. Idries Adams took no responsibility for selling me an inferior product.When we purchased our kitchen doors we were under the impression that we were purchasing quality that would last. We were not told, nor did we expect that our white glossy doors would one day be cream and beige. Not all of them have discoloured, there are a few that have maintained their beautiful white high gloss appearance. In my opinion they should be taking this up with their supplier instead of punishing the customer who did nothing to cause the damage to the doors. Our entire house is fitted with cupboards from Lansdowne Boards, but I can assure you, after receiving such pathetic service, I will not support Lansdowne Boards again. I would like to warn other unsuspecting people out there to seek other options first. Youd think that when purchasing products like kitchen cupboards they should be made to hold up longer than 2 years? Who has money to refit their kitchen every 2 years? To me, this doesnt say much about the quality of their products or the ethics of the company.

No problems with the quality and price but when you sell a spice rack inform a person that you dont sell the actual spice rack only a open board and a door with nowhere to mount it. The spice rack actually needs to be bought separately for R1300 and this after we already paid over R10 000 for the cupboards.

Worst people and company to deal with. My star rating is in fact ZERO.Owner, Gavin Higgins, dont respond to mail or messages left after a formal written complaint was lodged and leave his staff to deal with serious issues he should get involved with.I was never informed on meaning of wrapped doors or how this will benefit my requirements. Glued Wrapping which I thought was the actual door seperated from wood.A new kitchen that was to last me must be redone and they refuse to take responsibility.Edries Adams who was initially notified when complaint was sent to Cape Boards sent a staff member Zane Adams- now no longer at company- to house and this person further damaged cupboards by pulling and peeling the wrapping away from rest of unaffected doors.I was notified that the company changed the initial glue they used. Bjorn and Carl was given full history of what happened with long silences from company. Nobody wants to take responsibility for actions and Im offered a 20%discount by Edries Adams on new purchase of doors.I rejected offer.Personally went to their office and spoke to owners daughter.Had no response from her also and instead received another repeat response of original final offer from Edries Adams after speaking to wife Mrs Higgens.Taking legal action for damages to property and my cupboards to be restored to its original condition.Owner to respond to all including valid negative reviews so public can be aware of how they conduct their business on bad service
