Excellent service from Joshua about a week ago. He was very knowledgeable about the various products, but also allowing us to decide for ourselves what it is that we need. He also went through much effort to ensure we get our bed the next day. Good experience overall, but most importantly, my sleep has improved tremendously. Feeling refreshed! 👍🏻😊

We were unhappy with our current matrass because it caused us both backache. We walked into this Dial a bed branch and from the word go we were assisted by the most helpful and friendly person Joshua van Meyeren. He assisted us to choose the best fit for our needs. What was more commendable though was his personal after sales service. A guy who is passionate about his job and serious about creating a positive customer experience. He did what he promised and kept his word and that was so refreshing to be on the receiving end of that! Thank you Joshua! And oh our new matrass works like a dream 😃

The guy who served us was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We didnt end up buying anything, but will certainly return to this branch in the future.

Was in there this Sunday afternoon. Very friendly and well informed staff. Unfortunately prices were way lower on the website than in the shop that is a little unfortunate for the staff but really warm experience.

Date: 21 March 2018: I experienced the worst service i could ever imagine. Shopping for a Queen & Single bed i popped into this branch to enquire about suitable mattresses. When i walked in which was at 2pm, i asked the single salesman if they were open - he said yes. He was helping another lady, so i said fine, let me walk around. 15mins later, another sales rep, who i believe could have been the manager (Wears glasses and drives an Alfa Romeo), walks in and asks if i have been helped. I said no, and before i could say anything, in a rude and abrupt manner says YOU DO KNOW WE ARE CLOSED. Not a great way to greet a client who is there to spend money. From that point he was so dismissive of giving proper assistance. Pathetic.
