We never got the opportunity to stay.After having spent more than 10 hours in the car today we arrived at the much needed destination to be told that our booking which was done in July has been given to walk ins.

Shocking. We had a confirmed booking for 2 nights but the receptionist said only one night was available. It wouldnt have been too complete of a disaster if she wasnt so rude and unhelpful. Just terrible. We left and had to make other arrangements.

The very best place to be, clean, quite and cool staff with the best facilities. Sleeping and waking up to the ocean sound adds on that. We really enjoyed our stay with you guys. 😊

Would give less of a rating if I could. We had made a booking and received a confirmation phone call the day of arrival to confirm our stay to later arrive saying they had no rooms available for us, with rude staff who wouldn’t rectify or help us after hours of driving on the road. The hotel itself was run down and dirty, so grateful we didn’t waste our money on a rather undeserving stay.

Perfectly located a walk away from the beach . The atmosphere was relaxed and refined . I loved the view aswell .Generally , the stay was GREAT !

The staff went above and beyond in helping me and my business partner settle in after the stress of delayed flights and trying to find our feet around Sea point . Great facility !

Very neat and Clean with Awesome services

False advertising majorly.Theres zero sea view , unless you stand outside and look down the road.Linen,pillow cases and towels had dirty spots on.Room doesnt look anything like in the picture.Definitely not what I expected from what was advertised.

Since we arrived on the 04th of October.mr Ridwaan Adams gave us a warm welcome to capetown.he fetched us on time by the airport and made plans for our family to start a day in capetown. He gave us a great tour experience around capetown and even at the guesthouse we enjoyed staying there it was quite,clean and safe.how can I forget the staff they were also nice and friendly.thank you so much for the wonderful stay at enchanted guest house.From sonny and Salome
