I got my hair done today and it looks really good! Only thing is it took quite a long time and it was a bit pricey. I got my hair bleached and styled. Very good service, friendly staff 09/10 :)

Very rude. They hung up on me before I could ask for their availability at a date later than the one I had initially requested because they were not available on that day. - I am actually surprised they didnt volunteer the information. Definitely not going to use them🙄

I have natural hair (dont use any heat) and requested a hair cut. Many salons said they needed to add heat to my hair in order to trim it, and cut fringe. Which doesnt make sense since my hair will 100% be natural. Tosca was the only salon that fully cared for my natural hair - no heat applied. Helpful and great conversationalists. Very interactive, theyll listen to what you want and try to do it as best as possible in comparison to the many salons that refuse to do something based on their preference.Also achieved a great trim and fringe. Thank you, Tosca. Will defs be coming back!

Very pleased with the cut and dry I got, but pricey.

I have this horrible red in my hair and wanted ash. They did a miracle transformation. So very happy. The first place that actually did what I wanted. Worth way more than I paid. I will go back again. As this was such a bad year you made it for me. Thank you very much. My hair looks and feels fantastic

U guys have awesome service but price you charge just for a simple toner no wash, cut or blowdry just a toner and rinse is shocking... Sorry to say

Had my hair done today. Love the atmosphere and the stylists are very professional and friendly. Forgot to ask them about their music selection. I know it sounds weird but I loved it. It sounded like artists mashed together. Loved it. Thanks again for the experience.

Went here a few weeks ago. The lady with the red hair was my hairdresser. She took a walk in before my appointment and therefore was a half hour late to do my hair. I use very expensive hair products and therefore took my own shampoo and conditioner. The lady who washed my hair used so much a quarter of the bottles were up. I was so upset. Then the lady with the red hair did my cut which was basically cutting my hair in a straight line. My sister could have done it. In my opinion it was poor value for what I paid.

Very expensive. Ended up paying R1000 for a while toner treatment and a treatment for damaged hair. No Highlights... No tint... No cut... No blow dry. Total rip off.

They cant blow hair. Ridicoulsly over priced. My 1st and my last time. 5mins after leaving the salon I pinned my hair up. I have sleek and straight hair but my hair was dry after that. Total disappointment.

Bought a Ghd Platinum from them earlier this week after my trusted Ghd IV gave in. Not satisfied with the Platinum - took it back today, and the attendant gave me such an attitude. She cannot understand what is wrong with the Platinum, can they get both models and try it out on my hair to see whether there is an actual difference... NO, Im not satisfied with the Platinum, I would like to exchange it for the older IV styler. I was just about getting ready to contact consumer protection services when they decided to do the swop out, but they cant give me the difference in cash, I have to take a voucher. After this her attitude changed, but it was all forced smiles and friendliness. Worst customer experience, will not go back to them again ever. All about the money, will do everything to sell something to you, and do not care if it actually satisfies your needs at all. They dont even deserve the one star that I have to give for this review.

Great service however was not charged what I was quoted over the phone. Double check price before.

I asked the hairdresser to cut my sides shorter and not to cut the top because I am growing my hair.... She just went right ahead and cut it all off, starting from the back so at first I didn’t realize until it was too late. Can’t even follow the simplest of instructions. I even showed a picture and she probably just did the only cut she knows how. I’m furious!

The worst experience EVER! Will never return. My scslp is on fire as the stylist decided to have s 30 min consultation during this time. Came back and then put more hair dye on for another 35 min. She complained for 30 min about having to do the consultation after that. The stylist next to me was spraying her clients hair and sprayed in my face. Then finally after an hour and half while my hair was blow dried, that same stylist complained to my stylist about watching where the dryer is blowing onto her client. Another two stylist were clearly having some disagreement with each other. Very unprofessional and my scalp is still on fire!

Waited over 20 min for stylist which was running late, price was not adjusted fot a dry cut and over charged.
