I was very happy to be sent to a clinic that called me from home when the line was running fast. Luckily I was ready to leave as I wanted to be early. Instead of being there at 10.30am I arrived at their parking at 9.36 am. The procedure started at 11am and at 14.00 I was going home.The people outside were welcoming; the receptionist; Doctors and sisters as well as the physio were very friendly. The treatment was excellent!!👏👏👏I will go again.

Been waiting for a hour past my appointment now. The receptionist made no effort to advise me ahead of time. I had to take time off work, just to sit and wait for over an hour and still waiting.

The security guard who is screening everyone as they walk in, should be trained on how to communicate properly. He does not listen to one when you speak to him, and simply tells you to get in line....no matter what youre trying to explain to him. He was extremely rude when we visited today. As he is the first person you come in contact with, he should be trained better to have basic communication skills. Drs were great though.

Simple routine checks not done by doctors, such as blood pressure etc. You must ask for everything. The consultation focusses mainly on the doctor and his computer, not the patient! Doctors will also perform a procedure and requests to come in quickly without any charge on a later stage, just to find out that a person gets fully charged again. Rather go to Brackenfell Medicross Centre, they are better equipped to client management.

The attitude of the receptionists. Whether it be telephonically or when they are right in front of you!...Not professional at all!

I am a disabled person,with damaged legs, there is no visible disabled parking, so my husband dropped me off at the doorway. Yes, there is a queue but I wanted to ask if there are any seats, but I got ignored by the lady doing the screening. As she called the next person My husband asked him to wait and I asked if disabled people were expected to stand in the queue. She just said yes and aske the next person to come. A medical center with no Disabled parking, no seating for the diabled, and no client care.

Good service. Drs are friendly They need more Sisters and a bigger waiting room at the Sister. The procedure room could do with an update.

My grand daughter was there yesterday due to a knee injury. After scheduling an appointment, still had to wait for a very long time. X-rays were taken, but could not be provided - radioligist went home. This morning the receptionist at x-rays said she cannot send a report since her printer is not working and SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND AN EMAIL!!!!!!!! Staff appears to be uneducated and incompetent! THIS MUST BE THE WORST MEDICAL FACILITY IN THE WESTERN CAPE !!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY - ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!

Reception staff very unprofessional, I phoned in for an emergency appointment for gastro and was told to come and wait to be slotted in between appointments, but on arrival was told that it is not possible as they are too full. I have never experience this at a doctors surgery before, as you dont order to be sick.But I will definitely take it up again with Dr Trokis when I see him again.

Going here was an all round good experience, nursing staff professional and competent, doctor that we saw was also very professional.

Doctors are constantly late for appointments by 15+ min but you are required to notify of cancelation 2 hours before the time. Bad service from the reception staff. When finally get to see a doctor the a quite good

I’m not happy at all and couldn’t see a doctor. In other Medicross it’s a first come first serve but on this one you need to make an appointment. Is there anyone who plans to get sick I mean I’m sick today and can’t get help because it’s fully booked and we’ll have to pay an emergency fee. In this tough economic times why should I pay more to see the doctor even during normal hours.

If possible, I would give 5 more stars. I had severe burn wounds and they did everything possible to make it heal quicker
