I was a little disappointed at how quickly my make up smudged and that my hair style didnt hold for very long. My manicure also only last 1 day, one of my nails popped right off the following day. The staff were nice and friendly and the service in store was good. The quality of products though is just a little concerning.

The therapists and the staff at the store are extremely friendly and efficient, the store manager however is extremely rude and dismissive. She will call you out about the state of your nails and shes not even apologetic about her being at fault. The franchise owner doesnt care as well. Rather make use of a different beauty store.

Affordable and good quality blowdry

I was spending a weekend in the area and decided to get my nails done here. Sylvie was the lovely lady who helped me out and did an awesome job. She pressured me to do glitter, which I dont like at all, which is part of the reason Im taking away the fifth star. She applied glitter to one nail (before wiping it right off bc I got gel) to show me and it just reinforced the fact that I really hate glitter.Additionally, the file she used was really rough and my fingers started bleeding from the use—which had NEVER happened in other nail salons I’ve used in the past (such as Camelot Spa). No, it’s not just because I have soft skin. It’s because those files should be changed out for files that DON’T leave blisters on my skin. The salon should be more professional and careful about the supplies they give their employees.Regardless, Sylvie was quite nice and showed me my nails whenever she had finished a couple to make sure she was still on track with what I wanted. She was flexible with me and didnt mind me changing my mind part way through. Easily recommend this place!

Sorbet is a great brand but what makes this branch so special is the wonderful people working here. Friendly and kind- if you are looking for a great experience to match a quality product- this is the place to visit.

Popped in last weekend to thread my eyebrows. I had no appointment but took a chance. I was blessed with Tsidi as my therapist, who was so friendly and did a fantastic job with cleaning up my brows and then massaged my brows after with soothing lotion I presume.Fantastic! Great spot for a spoil. Tx to a birthday gift voucher I had a fabulous manicure and pedicure. It impressed me that my nails not only looked fabulous when done, but lasted so long. They also sell a variety of skincare - beauty products. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional.

What a super place to go to. Champagne on offer as well as delicious coffee. From hair and make-up for a night out, to the usual beauty staples, this is a fabulous store to book a treatment at. Highly recommended.

Had a grande facial. Absolutely worth the money. The beautician was up to date with all products and set a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

Worst gel nails I have ever had. Was 100% rushed, very messy, had to ask the lady to redo my nails a few times as they were not done properly. Was told they do nail art but when she tried it was terrible. 100% waste of money. Very unimpressed.

Had the worst experience here. I booked for a mommy daughter mani and pedi and they treated my daughter so badly that she was in tears. The management blamed me for there mistake rolling her eyes at me when I expressed my unhappiness with how they treated us. Cant believe that management of a place behave like that. Absolutely shocking
