I agree with the reviewer before me about the medi pedi. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so I want to give 5 stars stars for a medi pedi I had at Belvedere Sorbet in 2019 after a long camping trip in Flip Flops. That pedi was a powerful miracle and made me admire and feel my feet throughout the day. It was my holy grail of medi pedis and the benchmark against which subsequent pedis were measured and found sub par. No need for three or four monthly medical pedicures ‘to build on each other’ that pedi sorted my feet out in one strong, chemical blow. I hope to find its equivalent again, somewhere, someday.

It was ok. Wasnt very pleased with the service though from the therapists and within two days my nail polish on mybhNds peeled off and chipped. I dont believe I got value for my money.

Therapist Dianne gives a good massage. Will return.However it is very noisy with loud talking and drawers/ doors banging. Sound travels and one wants a peaceful massage!!!

My favorite Sorbet franchise! Friendly staff and really nice atmosphere. Because of this it is near impossible to get in last minute, but well worth booking ahead! I definitely recommend the full set of eyelash extensions as they are experts.

I expected good service and a pampering session since it is my 60th birthday treat.I was appauled at the way I was treated. Firstly they changed my appointment then asked me in the middle of my treatment to move chairs.I was treated like a second grade citizen and should have rather gone to the vineyard where I usually go and get treated with kindness and respect

Worst experience ever...I made a booking a week ago when I arrived today they got my request wrong. Only to get there and nobody working in that store knows how to do sculpture._apparently the only lady who can do sculpting is Joyce. Never will I ever go to this branch. Instead I would recommend bayside sorbet nadine best nail technician.

The worst experience you can have, its literally impossible for you to get hold even to make an appointment, you phone and phone and their never reply. To make it worst when they do answer the call, they leave you hanging with no reply. Shocking, never ever going there! Send the staff for training on customer service!
