My therapist was just lovely. She picked up that Im not too talkative and she respected that. What put me off was that it was very busy, and the route I had to take to get to my seat was quite the balancing act, trying not to step on someones bag ir water bucket for pedicures... I felt cramped in... I will definitely go back on a quiet day...

On previous occasions theyve run late and answered the phone while mid conversation with me but the last time was the most unprofessional service Ive come across. The lady that did my nails got up in the middle of my treatment to sell a facial product to a walk in client, without saying a word to me. There were staff at reception that couldve seen to the walk in client as I had an appointment! While sitting there I had to listen to them badmouthing their clients. One, who apparently lied about her nails lifting and another because they messed up her appointment and blamed her. Absolutely shocked, this is not the level of service paying clients should get. I will definitely never go back!

This is my home away from home. I love the ladies- they are friendly and caring and you always leave the store feeling like you just stepped out of vogue. Its more than just having your hair and nails done. Its an experience.

Unprofessional receptionist does not GIVE THAT FEELING.Whilst having my nails done at TABLEBAY MALL she is constantly on her phone and responses to customers coming in is awful as she has a very entitled attitude. Her phone skills took it to the next level with highly unprofessional eye rolling in front of customers whilst I was paying for my treatment. Only helps once done on her cellphone NOTE: you should wait.You are losing business.

I had acrylic with tips done. Don’t ask for any other shape than square unless you wish to end up with 10 nails of various shapes. The gel application was good and there was a lot of colours but the acrylic is very average, no stress ball, not uniform and thin and thick in weird places. The overall experience was poor and overpriced for what at the end of the day is a below average set of nails

Did my nails a week ago,worst acrylic nails Ive had in years,all have different shape and a week later they are all coming out. I am so angry I feel like I threw my money down the drain 😡
