Had a power mani and pedi done, quite enjoyed the biosculpture nails and leg massage however I wasnt very impressed that the receptionist did not let me know about bringing sandals along, after all it was a freezing cold day and Id had to walk out barefoot in the cold... after service not too great however thankful to the therapists...also session ended 10minutes before.

Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, wasnt satisfied with the results.

Warning everyone do not go to Sorbet Steenberg. It definitely the worst sorbet in the western cape. Had a lady named Nyasha do my nails. Not sure if its her first time doing nails or if she has never been properly trained. Her technique made all my gel lift less than 24 hours after I left there. To top it all off I could smell her breath through my mask and everytime she lifted her arms to re-adjust it s smelled like vinegar. I wanted to throw up I actually excused myself to spray perfume in my mask which even though it made it difficult to breath was better than the stench. Worst Nail experience ever. I have been going for manicures / gel overlays every 3 weeks for nearly 30 years. She was definitely

My mom and I went for hot stone massages. Very friendly staff.My mom had a lovely experience, good skill and thorough massage.50% of my massage was spent sorting out the hot stones and I was left very disappointed in the general skill. Definitely not worth the money!

Had booked an hour power pedi. 45min later she was done, the filing shaping and massage part were all rushed. I asked the therapist how long it should be thinking maybe it had changed, her answer was an hour but that I need time for polish to dry so I can put my shoes on!!! 15mins??....I have been to Constantia and meadowridge branches in the past & their service is much better. This was my third visit to this store over 2 yrs and each time a different service level issue, so after todays rushed pedi I wont go to this branch again. Its a shame as I am sure with correct manager presence and attention this could easily be rectified and they could be busier.

The staff are not friendly at all... the equipment looks old and dirty... not once got offered something to drink.... awful experience.... the owner needs to maybe spend some time there

The best sorbet!

I always have a great experience at Sorbet Steenberg. The day before my wedding: me and my bridesmaids came in to do our hands and feet, and the friendly staff went all out in getting us sparkling wine and cupcakes to enjoy whilst we had our treatments. It was a real treat and what a girly panper day is all about! Id highly recommend getting your mani or pedi done here :-)

Waited over 20 minutes for my appointment which in the end I was not able to have due to me having to leave for a prior commitment. Very disappointing. The staff didnt seem to care at all that I had been waiting so long - couldnt even apologise for the inconvenience. Just told me I must have had the wrong appointment time (I did not according to the sms). Very poor service - I will not be making another appointment here.

Person at reception needs to be trained to be hospitable. Every time I go there I am ignored and treated badly. Ruins my entire experience.

Absolutely disappointing .Went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady did a terrible job. Hairs still all over the place ,I couldve done a better job with tweezers .

Had a full pedi booked for 5 - should be an hour - after 45 mins manicurist was finished - on being asked why so short,she said she was giving me 5 mins to put on my shoes! I take 1 min! Felt they were rushing, so they could close at 6. Not impressed, as they always give their clients the full hour that has been paid for.

Not friendly at all i got bad service did not like my nails. Wont go there again.
