My wife goes to the store in N1 City mall and the service isvery poor. The lady Leah is extremely unreliable, then shes there then shes not. She comes in way after 09:00 and take her time as they see fit whilst having conversations. Their fibre is so expensive. They charge between R50-R70 and to find other stores charges R25-R30 per packet. You also make appointments and when you get there you have to wait a while before they assist that is if shes there. Extremely poor service, wont recommend anyone to go there.
