What a joy it was to go here. The salon is small but impeccably neat and well presented. The moment you step inside, the quality of service is extended to you with a warm greeting. The treatments are wonderful and great value for your money (I had a mini facial which was by far the best facial I’ve had to date). Lauren was a dream come true - professional and friendly. I had enquire via email about a booking and the response was almost immediate. A true pleasure, and something not found at every business. This was truly the highlight of my day. Staff make a business work and Essential Beauty has the cream of the crop. Well done and thank you. I’ll be recommending your services with praise!

Went for a massage. Want great at all! Staff were friendly but massages arent worth it

Lauren is amazing, definately the only salon Ill be going to.

The two therapists are the best part of this salon, Lauren and Zeenat.I went for a essential gel manicure and delux pedicure, and a foot massage. What a disappointment at R680.The salon is not equipped for relaxing Manis or Pedis.I was stretched out on a salon bed where you usually have facials, massages and waxes trying to manoeuvre my hands and feet in the right positions for the therapist so that I can at least get value for my money.The ladies tried their best to make me comfortable but theres no way that anyone can be comfortable trying to twist your hand in a position that it can dry properly under the gel nail lamp whilst lying on my back and trying to hold my heel in position to get what was suppose to be a Deluxe Pedi with a parafin heal treatment included ( at least thats what I thought it would be)Instead I only had a file going over my dry heels (I paid R300 for my feet) and I asked for an extra 15min foot massage (R200) for this.Theres no way it can be relaxing and comfortable trying to keep your feet still in warm water whilst on your back with your knees drawn to the ceiling and your feet flat in whatever my feet were in.What an absolute waste of my money.This is definitely NOT the place to go if you need a proper pedi or massage.And you definitely shouldnt have it at the same time as having a manicure at this establishment.

Would highly recommend it. Lauren is such a lovely down to earth young lady and very professional. You have a customer for life:)

My visits to the spa are always effecient and friendly. I have been a loyal customer of Lauren for years and the new and improved salon is an added bonus to the great treatment received.

I went for a wax and pedicure, the staff was very friendly but I was very disappointed in the waxing as it had incomplete patches that I only discovered when I got home. 😒
