Absolutely love Earth body & skin. The friendly and welcoming staff accompanied with their brilliant service. Have not been disappointed whenever I visited. I never fall asleep when someone massages me - but Earth body & skin has a magic touch. Their pedicures too - absolutely amazing. I suffer from severe eczema and their honey cinnamon scrub is the only scrub that did not cause a skin reaction, leaving my body smooth and nourished. To top it off, we as clients are doing out bit in supporting an eco-friendly business. High recommend Earth body and skin - you will not be disappointed.Reasonably priced too - which is definitely a bonus!

The initial interaction with the salon/spa, appeared hospitable. I was excited to experience this establishment as it was vegan friendly.When arriving for the appointment at 10:00(body hot stone massage - R420), I was guided to the room.The masseuse asked me to remove my clothes and showed me the clothing rack, the room was quite dark, and I enquired if the light could be switched on, while I striped down. The masseuse appeared irritated at this request and mumbled something.I kept my watch on, and kept time of the process. The masseuse only stepped in 10:08, and the massage ended at 10:50.The actual massage didn’t have any specific technique, and it felt more like general rubbing, also the treatment wasn’t the one I requested.Therefore first impression was terrible, and I would not return or recommend this establishment.

- I tried to use this business.- I booked appt for 24 April - When I arrived, they did not have my appointment on their system.- I rescheduled for 1 May (after being very accommodating and understanding).- On 1 May, I was called at 10h42 and was asked if my appt could be rescheduled as all staff did not arrive. Again, I was understanding and said I could reschedule to the next week, 15 May at 12h00.- Today, 11 May, I call to check my appt and guess what???? They do not have my appt and cannot even make a plan to accommodate me in the morning as per my request. Instead, the lady will e-mail the other clients already booked and let me know by Thurs if there is a slot. Not going out of their way to assist and make a way for their inconvenience.- The lady I spoke to was not helpful at all and I picked up a bit of an attitude. The call ended (weirdly) before I could get her name and now I cannot get through again. So strange.Would not recommend.

I was gifted with an amazing first experience in having my very first waxing and MANicure. The owner Jacintha took great pride in making sure that I was comfortable and happy with the whole process. I highly recommend this establishment as they accommodated me as my hands are hard to work on.EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!

Went for a massage which made no difference after than when I walked in.The therapist didn’t use any specific technique and it felt more like a rub down with oil rather than a massage.I would not recommend this place for a massage. Perhaps they may be good at other treatments

Went out there way to make sure my friends start of baby shower started perfectly! Worked over her scheduled time to ensure we both had our treatments! We both left feeling relaxed and spoiled! Would highly recommend!

I have been quite a few times and always leave happy. Jay is very accomodating and her girls friendy. Visiting is a great way to end the week.

They have breathable nail polish! Service left much to be desired. The other clients booking was not showing up which left my consultant running between the two of us trying to please us both. Eventually when the next consultant arrived she was advised her booking was not in the system (in a not very apologetic manner). If you willing to compromise on customer service but good quality product then is gets 4 stars. Noted the team didnt seem clued up on the actual products as well. I had a pedicure, water for soaking was cold, massage was like a rub and buffing instead of painting was not an option.

This place ROCKS!!!I am extremely pedantic when it comes to the shaping and waxing of my brows and I am so lucky to have found that my therapist (who happens to be the owner) is exactly the same …. She will not let you leave until you are 100% satisfied!As women, we are always uncomfortable when we have our “unmentionables” waxed but they make you feel extremely comfortable and at ease … even if you do sometimes cry out a bit in pain!Then there are the Vegan gel manis and pedis! We are all want to look good without harming our planet and now we can have our nails done using products that are not tested on animals and also does NOT include any animal by-products. And the quality of the product is the same, if not better than the other gel polishes, etc.I will recommend this place and have already referred so many others there! Definitely a Five star rating from me!Keep up the good work ladies 

Friendly service, nice home-made beauty products and good value for money. Not a great location though in terms of parking and not a really relaxing environment as it is on a very busy road and you can hear the outside noise. A bit of soft lighting would be a nice touch in the mani / pedi area which would create a more peaceful and warm environment.

I made an appointment through a phone call. The lady confirmed my time and all was well. On the day of my treatment I arrived and they told me there was no booking for me. I wasted my money to come there and cancelled my plans for that time slot. And thrt had the audacity to tell me I can always book for another time. Im not happy at all with your customer treatment. Im sorry mam but there is nothing I can do

Made an appointment for a full mani and pedi to be done at the same time due to time constraints. Was told that was not a problem. Received a call at 10h02 asking if I would like to move my appointment to loadshedding time. Said no and that I was almost there. Walked in at exactly 10h04 and had to wait 8 minutes. Was told that both mani and pedis could not be done and I said that was unacceptable considering that was the sole reason and discount I was offered in the telephonic booking. The very unprofessional and snarly owner then accused me of being negative and told me I didnt have to take the appointment of I didnt like the offering. Am I expected to smile after arriving and having the most incredibly unprofessional service thrown at you? Will never go there again as they have no concept of time or the service they are meant to offer clients

After having a bad experience with waxing, I shopped around and found a jewel in so many salons available. Therapist Jacintha not only made my experinece painless and comforting but ive learn so much about waxing and how sensitivity should be treated. I walked home with my favourite Coconut oil and sea salt body scrub which she handmakes and works perfectly on even the most senstive parts. I would recomemend all my friends and family to visit this salon and have been doing so already. the staff there needs special thank you for keeping my nails groomed regularly even when i need a last minuite booking..xxx

I made a booking for a deep cleanse facial on their online platform also requesting confirmation and received an email within minutes confirming. I did not think to call because I had received an email. On arrival two ladies looked quite confused and said they do not have a booking for me. I then explained how I made the booking and they both checked their cell phones. They still advised they dont have anything. I then proceeded to get out my phone to show the email I received. Then they asked for my name and found it. I was asked to have a seat as they were not prepared. Two ladies were frantically trying to organise a treatment room and moving over towels from one bed to another. Finally after waiting about ten minutes and being highly annoyed I was asked to enter the room and get ready for the treatment. When the therapist started she explained what the treatment entailed I was very shocked that they did not do steaming as what more do you want when you do deep cleanse? The therapists hands were ice cold and made no attempt to warm them up either. I felt very cold and uncomfortable. All I wanted was for the treatment to end. My face felt raw and I felt burning sensations from the rigorous scrub. I only started relaxing when she applied the moisturizer on my face. The facial and neck masssage was ok but she kept wetting my hair with product and I just had my hair washed as I wanted to do some shopping afterwards. I felt oily and uncomfortable. Finally the treatment was done and I could get dressed to leave. As I was dressing me I noticed how filthy the towels were especially the one placed on the pillow where my head rested. I doubt that it was just from my treatment as it was dry. I will not be recommending this place in future and will never make a booking again. Hygiene is a very important factor I consider when visiting spas or salons. Management should do regular checks and ensure their treatment rooms are up to standard and equipment is clean.

Bad experience. The varnish has bubbles that appear on nails. Removed and redone with other colour same thing happened. Would not reccomend this establishment and I have gone to many salons...

Made an appointment for 8:30 today. When I got to reception it turned out that the appointment was made incorrectly and the person who was supposed to do the consultation was not on the premises. I was told to come back later, no specific time given to me. Very unprofessional!
