Always enjoy going. Absolutely impressed at the service received from our beautician. The receptionist however requires some training regarding customer service. Not a a friendly person and gets the bookings incorrect.

I loved my visit to the lower level sorbet store. The therapists are so warm, and welcoming. Theyre service is quite good 👍. Gentle, particular, and talented .

Recently started going to this branch. Always book with Nancy and never disappointed. Lovely young lady and allows me to be weird with my colour combos for my nails.

Was very disappointed as we had an appointment for three Manis and 3 pedis as we were attending a wedding. I made certain on the call if they have orly white in stock and was assured yes only to go in and they dont have it. And the nail technician still had the audacity to rush us in choosing an alternate colour not even apologizing. I have always had my treatments at the Sorbet over the years and this by far was the worst.

I am commenting in reference to the branch upstairs. My appointment made with Chanel was incorrect, she confirmed a booking with me and when i arrived there was no booking listed, the manager did apologize. I had bio nail treatment, two nails broke, the lady that does the bio treatments was on leave. Chanel made a booking knowing that there wouldnt be anyone available to do the repair. I had it replaced with acrylic at no charge, grateful for that as nail treatments are not cheap. The manager sent me an email with the intention of communicating directly with her for my next appointment and to replace the two acrylic nails. I have emailed her with no response which is short of two weeks ago. I highly recommended Sorbet, this is no longer the case. There are other nail technicians out there that are more than capable of providing the same service. I would much rather support a technician that is committed to servicing clients with the intention of making sure the client does come back.

Went to one downstairs. Were empty and said they can’t accommodate my wife because of bookings, yet no customers were there at the time then went to the one upstairs and they said there was nobody that could do my wife’s facial waxing. What do they do all night till 9pm since we arrived at approximately 7pm on a Thursday night!

If I could give 0 stars I would.I did a soak off and overlay.The lady was in a rush and she hurt me quite a few times.She cut my nails too short.There was fluff in my nails when it was done, I had to ask her to redo it.On my one hand she painted far from my cuticle so now it looks like my nail had grown out for weeks but yet it’s only been 1 week..Not a happy Chappie..Definitely will not go back.

Judy did a great job! I would go back. She was very friendly and helpful. The spa is quite noisy though. You don’t get to relax because of the loud talking.

The service I received from Sorbet at Canal Walk (The lower level) was terrible. I went for a leg and arm wax and felt so uncomfortable. The lady doing the wax was unfriendly and seemed very disinterested. My legs and arms were still sticky after the was she also didnt support my skin while waxing. I will only go to the Sorbet in Paddocks as Ive always had great service there. I also feel that when you paying for a service which isnt cheap you should be treated in a warm friendly manner. The receptionist wasnt much better she also didnt seem very friendly or professional. I was truly disappointed and wont be going back to support them in any way.I have since contacted the manager Gill to have this rectified and she has been amazing and helpful and has given me a proper apology and Im very grateful for her help and for dealing with my complaint efficiently. I would definitely consider going back knowing that if there is a problem she will have it sorted.

Quite cheap for really good gelish nails. Usually it keeps me for about a week and Im already going on two weeks. Normally one of my nails would chip and that would just be the end of the beginning, but now Im already a week and a half in and no chips or nothing.They also had a very large variety of colours, which is great, but also made the decision difficult. Go with a colour in mind...

Sorbet reminds me of Supercuts in the USA....You get what you pay for, and the mission of the business is quantity not quality....the difference is that with Sorbet you pay Boutique Spa prices but you still get poor quality...My experience could be described as adequate yet disappointing and the core reasons as follows:Appointment started 7 minutes later than arranged and ended 9 minutes before the allocated 1 hour advertised treatment.Nail technician didn’t ask if I wanted my toenails cut or filed - instead she took it upon herself to cut them very short, and rounded (which any professional knows is taboo).Paint was applied on the skin around my toenails (this was mainly due to the extremely short nail cutting).This has been my 2nd review for a Sorbet store and sadly it’s pretty much the same story just at a different store.....

Would rate zero if there was an option. Went in for a wax and either the leg wax was used on my face or the person doing my wax was not experienced. She tried 3x before being able to pull the wax strip off. I told her that it hurt and she should put something on it to manage the burning. She brushed it off as my skin being sensitive and processed to doing my eyebrows. Walked out with swollen red upper lip and eyebrows. Eyebrows were not completed. Face need to heal over the week. Skin was ripped and scared

The service was not as great as always, will make sure to book a specific beautician when making my next appointment to avoid disappointment

No one offers to assist you when you want to buy products and when you ask for assistance they want to push you into buying a whole lot of products just to qualify for a trial set which they now are not allowed to sell as they are offering it as a free gift when you buy 4 full sizes products? How does this make sense, buy four full size products and then we will give you the trial set for free as a thank you? What is the point of a trial set?

I have had really lovely experiences at this Sorbet (lower level) branch. My manicurist (Khati) is so professional and takes her time with my nails. She is quiet (doesn’t force that annoying small talk that beauticians are known for) and allows me to relax and enjoy the pampering (one of the many reasons why I specifically request her). She is a perfectionist and I absolutely appreciate that. I’ve had a facial, manicure and pedicure there (my latest visit being 12 May 2018 for nails) and have only experienced 5 star treatments. Well done Sorbet (lower level). Keep it up. :-)

Wonderful experience. The second I walked in I was greeted warmly. Then I had the privilege of having a mani and pedi at the same time! I felt like a Queen! I want to say many thanks to Cynthia and Zikhona who were AMAZING! They made me feel like I was a part of the family, they were genuine and you could see that they just love what they are doing! Horrible service from the receptionist. Rushed to Sorbet to find my booking was cleared out and not rescheduled. Made a second attempt the next day, only to arrive to a rude receptionist who refused to greet. If it wasnt for the friendly, charming service from the beauty therapist who did an amazing job on my nails, this would have been a horrid experience. Sorbet Canal Walk 2 really needs to improve on their customer service and communication with customers.

Sorbet Canal Walk DOWNSTAIRS, you have to sort out your phone lines!! I have tried endless times to get hold of you and I just get a beep, beep, beep. I have been to this particular branch several times and have had only good experiences, but I am now forced to make an appointment at Bayside (new store). You guys are known for your high standards, and phone lines not working is not only unacceptable, but will cost you business. PLEASE get this small glitch straightened out and make me want to give you 5 stars again!!

Recieved a Sorbet voucher from a friend so visited Sorbet Canal Walk ( lower level) for a french manicure. What a fabulous experience. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The store is clean, calming (very relaxing atmosphere) and well stocked with a variety of hair, nail and skin care products. Temby, my manicurist did a fantastic job and I am thrilled with the results. Summer is around the corner so Ill be back soon to ensure my feet and toe nails are sandal ready. Why stop there 😊 I could do with a facial as well.

My daughter and I rushed to arrive five minutes ahead of her appointment at Sorbet downstairs, Canal Walk. Fifty minutes after appointment was supposed to start, me constantly asking what happened, and a half-hearted apology, we were told that there was too little time. Seems as if the client after is got the respect which should be reserved for all clients. After I complained I was promised that Amina would call to make another appointment with us. Needless to say, she didnt call yesterday. How do these people stay in business.

I had polygel nails done and I got tips as well, they were not applied very well and are lifting... Beyond disappointed, this is not my first time having tips and they havent lifted before.

Service here has gone down, way down! I Went to the one at entrance 2 and was shocked, will not go back there! Arrived early and got helped, Nancy was my therapist and despite me telling her twice to watch out as I slammed my finger in a door she continue to hurt me. She put a coat of the colour I chose on my thumb which did not look nice. When I asked to change the colour I got attitude of note and was not spoken to again during the appointment other than her saying “are you sure about this colour now as Im going to run late with this appointment so you cant change again” even though I was there 10min early! The shop is not clean and tidy like the others and half the colours are out of stock! I have been to Sorbet for a while now and really considering never going back as it was just a terrible experience overall!

Exellent service

Booked an hour of hand gelish soak-off and application AND toe gelish application !! Never had this kind of booking before I.e two people working on me at the same time. Very uncomfortable. Usually its one area first and then the next over 2hours comfortably with no rush. No apology given for such. Keep having unpleasant experiences at both upstairs and downstairs branches. Time to move on.

Booked a double power pedi for my neice and I at Sorbet2. Her birthday gift. My worst pedi ever. The two therapists, albeit friendly, were talking so much about their personal lives, there was not a chance in Hades that we could sit back, relax and enjoy our pamper session. It was most unprofessional.Very disappointing as I really wanted my neice to enjoy the experience.Wont be back!!😞
