Made a hair appointment for 12pm. I arrived a little early. While waiting, the owner of the shop (my hairdresser) left the shop and kept me waiting for 25 minutes. After asking another hairdresser where my hairdresser was she said she had left for a FACIAL. A FLIPPING FACIAL while a client made an appointment with you for 12pm and a client waiting for you. How rude and unprofessional. Luckily you work with a very kind partner. When I phoned the hairdresser it went straight to voice mail. Also, the shop is very outdated, and not very cozy. Has very little to no hair products on display. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
