Was my first time at this branch and it was so nice! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Everything was sanitize before use. I got gel on my nails and absolutely love it! Will definitely be going back

Went for a french pedi. On day 3 the first toe’s nail polish just peeled off. On day 7 everything was gone. The nail polish peeled off in solid sections. Manager said sorry, if I don’t report it in 2 days they cannot help me. I literally showed her the peelings. But they were not interested. When I asked for the number of head office to lay a complaint, the manager told me to google the number myself. How short sighted can they be? I was not asking for a refund, but just to put another layer of colour on my nails. But this was too much to ask. Never going back.

Sorbet was very busy and full. Many ladies having pedicures and manicures. Service was good and friendly. Enjoyed my experience with waxing.

First of all I had to wait 15 min for my waxing then the wax was to hot and I complained about the temperature of the wax and she could not get it in place. She burned me and did not clean all the wax off. So I am very disappointed. In the reception area they state if you not happy about your treaent you dont pay well I am not happy at all.

Today I booked for a 75min facial to spend my birthday gift from Sorbet (thank you sorbet).My facial everything included (dressing, skin analysis feed back and payment)was all done in about 60 minutes.When I checked that it was a 75 minute facial the lady at reception said we have to book it like that and the owner will call me.The owner did call but said she had to check her security cameras. She did not like the feed back I gave .During the facial there was no music at all , the lights were bright and the facial was not the best.The technician was polite but I suggested to the owner that the technician may need more training.I have been for many facials including at Sorbet they were not like this .I am very disappointed and suggest you rather book your facial somewhere else.

Good, friendly service. I had a Swedish back and neck massage, and my wife had a Environ Facial. We were both satisfied with the service.

The staff was very professional and followed Covid restrictions. I was nervous as a male going for a pedicure but the staff treated me like any other customer.

Made an appointment during the week for a power pedi. At no time was I informed that I could not bring parcels into the store. Needless to say when I got to the store after been to Woolworths I was told that I could not come in.I then had to cancel my treatment. Very disappointed with Sorbet Glengarrie as no alternative option was offered. will not be returning. All I had with me was 3 bags of groceries and did not to leave it in the car because of the heat

The new front desk ladies are great and they didnt take it lightly when I had a complaint about my treatment. Although I was unhappy about my treatment, I left an overall happy customer and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for the amazing service.I keep coming back here because its conveniently located, although the front staff are not at all friendly and I never feel welcome here. Therapists service vary, but for the most part, they do a good job and they are very professional. My most recent visit yesterday was the best one Ive had in a while and I would recommend Zinthle for your waxing needs. She was quick, but thorough! She made me feel comfortable and I was happy with my entire appointment

It was average. The lady that did my husbands feet dissapeared. When I started asking where she is and why she is gone for so long.... they informed me she is in the loo.... think Ill try a different sorbet rather. Would love a special touch of spoil or welcoming. Not just in and out pedi. It was like a factory. Not a relaxing beauty treatment.

A friend of mine recently got a pedicure done there (she often goes there). However she got an infection after her last pedicure which she had to go to the doctor for. The doctor tended to it but a day later she had to go back again and the doctor had to remove her toenail! After having her usual pedicure all she really got was an empty bank account due to doctors bills, a toenail that had to be removed due to major infection and not mention the agonizing pain she is in. Really not at all happy/impressed.

I always feel so welcome and relaxed when I visit the store. Junior knows how I like my coffee. All the ladies are friendly. Today I got a discount of R250 because it is my birthday month.

I had a great experience at this Sorbet. Initially I didnt find the staff on reception that friendly but I enjoyed my pedicure. I returned the next day for a mani. The shop was much busier and somehow that made the atmosphere better. There was a nice bustle about the salon. The treatments were good and I am very happy with my nails. Once the staff warmed up they too were friendly and I would recommend this store to others.

This was another intristing experience as this establishment is s not frequented often by men. And that is the point us as men can well, have that special experience. Treating myself to a pedicure, without any nail colouring(specially for men), starter a long options discussion and laughter. Friendly staff, on-time appointment and frequent visitor points!. This is not only for stylish women but also for us men. Go and enjoy.

Well I treated my daughter and my ex to a manicure etc. They enjoyed it and the results spoke for themselves. Also did long distance gifting via website and all went well.

Out of all the Sorbet in Cape Town - I drive 20 minutes to get to Glengarry Sorbet. I need a bit of extra TLC because of my PCOS - but I love how they take care of me. Neat inside and Covid compliant. Friendly staff and ample parking.
