The salon is very clean and such an amazing and welcoming feeling from the moment you step in.The hairstylist, Bianca, gave me great advice and recommendations on what hair color and style would suit me best and well... Candice cut and blowed my hair and it looks gorgeous. All the staff there were professional and welcoming.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Could advise me on how i must cut my hair for the gents cut to suite my face shape as well as what is in fashion with my generation at the moment. Professional service given by the hairdresser. Made me feel welcome and at ease even though we are in a pandemic. Strict procedures followed with regards to COVID eg. Sanitising, masks, social distancing, areas demarcated for no access/seat available. I will most certainly make use of absolutely beauty as they treat their customers with care and respect. Cant wait for my next hair cut 😁😁😁

Didnt wash hair before cutting it, when asked about it they said it is optional but you have to request it.Asked to be removed from database and wasnt- which is a POPI violation, and when I addressed it was told not to be angry about things like this. Which in this case is the business breaking the law ito POPI.

Had a back and neck massage and medi-heel done by Jacky, absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional, will definitely book with her again!

Very disappointed in the service. They quoted me on Whatsapp for highlights as well as a shampoo for blonde hair, upon completion of my hair, i paid and they didnt give me my shampoo stating that they under quote me by accident and refused to give me the shampoo. Unacceptable as this is not my problem if they didnt make the right calculations. Will not recommend to anyone.
