My experience at Sa Beauty & Hair Distributors was pathetic. I was greeted with arrogance and made to feel that I should not be shopping there. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude. I wish I could give this rating a zero if not a minus five. I went there with my little girl to get some items. I spoke with a staff member of this company that morning confirming that I can come to buy the items at the shop for the same price as advertised on the website. We got there and the price was way more expensive then it was on the website. I had explained to them that the price you see is the price you get. They had arrogantly ignored this and made up an excuse saying that they did not update the site and they added this particular item a few days back. It is not the customers problem if they did not update the site or not. The man standing next to us rudely interrupted and stated that if we have any problem we shouldnt buy it. I had then told him that I was speaking to the lady at the reception and not him. The receptionist had then stated how important he was and that hes the director. I had said that was not the point and then that man grabbed my packet and flung it and said dont buy here. He had then thrown us out of the store by opening the door and forcing us to leave. My little girl was traumatized and started to cry. I would have said something to him but my daughter was there so I could not. He had then rudely shouted Get Out followed by saying that we are not important and that only important people are his buyers from big companies. We would never recommend this place to anyone and, if you do decide to go there, you will be shocked at how arrogant they are, they had even said that they are doing us a favour by selling these products to us. Absolutely pathetic! (Please note that this review is sent during the Covid-19 Pandemic and none of their staff were wearing masks, including them!)the fact that they treated me so poorly could only be because I was of a different race. Do not support this company. The disrespect was shocking from the so called director and the staff working there.

Picking up

Collected items I purchased online. Havent had an issues when collecting. Pay by card, cash or EFT.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Always smiling when you walk through the door. :)
