Wasted my money and time buying 3 Jacob Carter products. They were very inferior to any salon products I have ever used. So inferior I cannot continue using them. The Argan Luxury Mask only smells nice. I left it on my hair for over an hour with a shower cap on to keep my hair warm and moist-optimum conditions for a mask to work. The result was as if I had not used a conditioner/mask at all. The Brazil Complex Keratin does not contain Keratin as the name suggests. The ingredients show nothing that represents Keratin. I paid my professional hairdresser to apply the Brazilian Treatment as per instructions and the product reduced the frizz by 20% but within 2 weeks the 20% improvement had gone. I bought them through a supplier Bianca Pienaar and not directly from Devon so he said he could not reimburse me. I asked him to follow up with Bianca Pienaar who was the agent that sold me the products but it has been 3 weeks with no response. I had also ordered the charcoal shampoo but that had broken open in transit and was split over the other products. A very negative experience all in all.
