I tried ordering 2flat irons and Brazilian treatment from Sheheema, what a bad Rep for the company and a bad replacement for Angy!!! She is forever making you as the client feel as if you bothering her trying to order, shes having eid tomorrow and said that she wont do deliveries on Tuesday however I can make to the eft payment and collect it from her home, without giving me a time, i agreed to collect it knowing i shouldve recieved free delivery. She then notify me at 16:45pm to say shes home i then said ok cool i will be there between 6pm-7pm as i will ask my husband to take me to collect my products and flat irons from her. Shes asking me what time exactly i said i cant say but it will be after 6 before 7, her response was yes im preparing for eid, its can be 6:05pm or 6:55pm give a time i said to her i dont know what my husband traffic from work will be like but its defs before 7, so is it ok for between 6-7? It was a simple yes or no, her response was please do not come later than 7 as if i suggested to come to her house, she also mentioned she never have problems like this with clients????? Have i tried causing a problem by wanting to order???? this is very bad for the business of Equip, i have been a client for over 8years and then this woman was Angys replacement. What a bad replacement. Train this woman peoples skills please or get rid of her before you loose more clients, i have cancelled my order and would like a refund asap from you guys i will never order from Equip ever again, great company but what a bad replacement of a rep for our area

Bad experience !I bought a silverbullet from Equip Hair and beauty had it for 5months used it no more than 5times. On the last time I used it, it burnt off my own natural hair how that is possible i dont know. The manager Warren told me its not possible as if im lying. All I wanted was for my flat iron to be fixed but they couldnt because its out of warranty .Out of warranty for one month and they refuse to help me even though their product caused me a great deal of pain and hair loss that will take long to grow back. He just dismissed me .Very disappointed
