From my first visit to the showroom to the completion of the project I received excellent friendly service from the Rock on Wood team. Colins final designs were exactly as I had envisioned, and I felt that he had really listened to my needs. I had the kitchen and bathroom renovated, and therefore had to move out until the project was completed. Denver made sure that I was kept fully informed as to what was happening at all times. All the contractors were punctual, professional and efficient. Thanks Colin and Denver as well as Anton, the builder, and his team, and all the other sub-contractors who took all the worry out of the renovations. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result!!

While I did not end up using Rock on Wood for my project, Colin and the team were quick and professional in their communication.They have a great showroom where you can view the products that youd potentially use in your kitchen project.I found that their prices for the cabinets to be competitively priced to that of other companies like theirs.

Rock on Wood renovated our kitchen, bathrooms and entrance hall. The results are very pleasing. The rooms look more modern, have more cupboard space and are better laid out than before. 9 years ago Colin and his team transformed my kitchen into a special place with plenty of cupboard space and lovely working areas. I still love the colour inside the display cupboards and the tiles behind the stove. The kitchen looks as good today as when it was completed. A few days ago I needed a replacement sieve plug for my prep bowl so I phoned and then popped in to the showroom. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. Well done again. We used Rock on Wood to renovate our kitchen and living area. They had some creative suggestions on use of space and we are thrilled with the results. We were also impressed with the quality of materials used and overall workmanship.

Rock on Wood carried out a major kitchen renovation for us, which included a great deal of building work (which was carried out under their associated building company).They were not the cheapest quote we received, but the quality of the design, materials and service was excellent and well worth the extra cost. It was only once the renovation was completed that we fully appreciated how well the kitchen had been designed - the team really listened to our needs and found clever ways to incorporate most of the ideas.The building and kitchen work was done to a very high standard. The builders were reliable and courteous, and the few small problems we ran into along the way were sorted out quickly. We have done extensive renovations in the past, but have never had a project run so smoothly.It did take a long while to have the snag list completed, but this was partly our fault as the issues were minor and we didnt rush them to complete the list.

We had exceptional service from the Rock on Wood team and would recommend them highly. From the planning and design, to the installation, to the admin around logistics/dates, as well as support after kitchen completion and payment in full, we have found that the whole team at Rock on Wood have been about the most excellent service providers we have ever engaged with.

Colin and his colleagues provided a professional and thoughtful service throughout the process - even though weve probably had the smallest kitchen theyve ever renovated! Anton and his building crew were probably the best building team we have experienced in 20 years of home ownership (and the associated repairs and renovation). I have to agree with most of the reviews here. They are very polite and courteous and get the job done. While you still owe them cash that is.It has been between 6 & 10 months since we paid in full for the work done. And overall I was pretty happy.UNTIL NOW. Our boundary wall is now cracking and bubbling and showing water damage and we have paid them in full of course because the work was done. Now they dont want anything to do with us. After numerous meetings, calls, emails - not even a year on, after spending R100,000 on a boundary wall ALONE through a reputable company we assumed that if ever anything went wrong, we would be able to call them in as they promise guarantees etc.So you go ahead and use them and hope nothing goes wrong because then you are on your own. I worked hard to be able to do this renovation and for naught?
