Mr - i dont pick up phone calls and read whatsapps but dont reply for weeks.I personally am vouching that you succeed, but this is one of the worst experiences of my life and i have been through horrible stuff. Had to pass messages through his family members to get a reply today which only states i will work the coming weekend.I am at a point where i am okay doing it myself.Tip. Build a trusted team, get and somehow keep a person that can supervise and who shares interest and then you can move between projects knowing someone has the companies best interest at heart. (easier said than done, but possible).But please do stay away from my property and we can do a handover of the keys and material.
