The barber refused to wear a mask when I asked him to. I left immediately but what is not acceptable is that we allow this foreign barber who does to abide by the South African laws, to conduct his business here. He is enjoying the benefits and lifestyle afforded to him here in Cape Town but does follow our laws of wearing a mask. He must not be allowed to conduct business here if he does not follow the laws of our country.
