I went to get my card replaced on 23 September at their Loop Street office and in less than five minutes everything was done. The lad who helped me was very professional unlike the ladies who helped me on my last visit there. The service was five star but the only problem i have with the bank is cash deposits, thus the four star, the guy told me that it takes seven working days to have the money cleared which in my opinion is ludicrous. Please address this issue urgently.Good day

They kept my money for over 2 months without giving me a proper answer now ny card is blocked l cant even access my money actually they dont even deserve 1 star.l had to change my bank account to a more reliable one. I think its true that imb are scammers taking advantage of foreigners. They locked my account without even notifying me. All my money is there and its almost a week now trying to talk to them to unlock my account so that I can access my funds but they are seeming to be too ignorant. Recently they sent me a message saying that my card is expiring in 1 months time whilst its locked like that. I dont understand how you guys work. How can you treat your clients like that. You make peoples life difficult. I ended up borrowing money to pay rent coz all my money is locked in that card. You are the worst bank ever I regret opening an account with you. Service is poor....Ive been trying to sort out my bank details and everytime I call them all they say is leave your number and we will call you shortly but no one is calling me like in 3 days now and whenever I call again they pickup the phone and when am explaining to them they hang up the phone.what is that supposed to mean.., what kind of service is that..?

This is the most professional scam bank i have ever seen, i would never advice anyone to use this bank, would rather put money under my bed... They are thieves hiding behind a bank name mxn.. They dont even deserve a 1 star rate.. People work so hard and try to find a decent bank which is safe but with IMB the money will vanish from your account , what you deposit will be untraceable you will try to get hold of them till the second coming, they will block your calls or hang up or not respond,.. Shame on you people from stealing from people mxm

People if you have an account with them, GET YOUR MONEY OUT and forget about IMB.Zero star for them from me .because of my experience with them,Im so relieved they unlocked my account for 48 hours and got all my money back.after almost 2 weeks fighting with them everyday,I wont recommend this bank even to my worst enemy.

Worst bank ever baddest service

To me, at first it was the best bank ever but now its tge worst trust me. I wanted to recommend people to it but not anymore and i am also closing my account as soon as i get my money will close it. I thought my sister was lying when she told me the stuff doesnt care about people. If you ask for your money to be assigned into your account they dont answer they just read your massage and lie to you. I prefere money 247 its number 1 they care for the customer.

Your service is very slow, you dnt pick up calls at all or your whatsapp. If people bank with you then you should be readily available to assist.You give us no option bt to come to that office of yours.If its a problem then close down n go to learn what is service!!

These people are truly thieves, please stay away, they will take your money with no apologies. They look like a bank and allow you to believe they are but the are NOT a bank. They make it sound like they can give you a bank account, they cannot. They are a scam and only looking to make money. I am an employer and paid money into a mans IMB account but they refused to give it to him and the know you have very few rights a a foreigner or refugee so PLEASE stay away from IMB, they will steal from you.

Money disappears from the account, poor customer service, the ladies that work at their Cape Town offices are the worst. They are rude. Using their phones when on the job. Most shittiest bank ever..If its not the salary being a week late its money that just magically disappears from your account not even small amounts but big ones. Then they have the audacity to send you from one place to the next. I would not recommend this bank to any one. Super arrogant staff too. No thank you never again.

Very poor the customer service consultants are unprofessional they question you about the money transferred in to your account before releasing it if you use their WhatsApp number they take long to respond to queries and they still ask you to send the same documents over and over.Why must one struggle for their hard earned wages to get released in their accountThe msg they send is please be patient While my employer is stressing about the EFT what kind if response is that?The transfer was done on the 25th from standard Bank to imb (which should be standard Bank as well) only after continuously phoning the call centre for days The money was released on the Saturday around 12.#WORST SERVICE EVER#
