Fast and efficient. Advisor I dealt with wasnt very warm or friendly. But at least it was fast and efficient.

Just drawing cash at the ATM is a huge challenge. There is a constant queue - & I can understand that the branch services a large amount of clients but to have ATMs run out of money, is unforgivable. This is just bad planning by management. Get your act together.

Im a long time client i asked if they can help me open a business account they have me a number to call...no help whatsoever...I asked of they can send me a 1 year statement of my own account to my email... they cant...getting a real bank

I stood outside for an hour this morning to sort out my banking app. I was told to stand outside of the mall till 9 then at 9 I was told the branch is not open I must go to the promenade. Are you seriously telling me that nobody knows what is happening with capitec in the mall before it opens? This is by far the worse service ever!!!!!
