This branch is worse branch of any financial provider I have ever been I just moved to neighboring went there to perform transactions and profile update but the drama and level of stupidity, and condescending attitude starting from customer service board to the branch manager my advise is never bank with this branch whatever services you looking of because of that experience I completely close my 5 years account and opened it more professional banking service I can tell and 100 times more happy with my new bank than absa
Answer your phone!!! Very quick to claim you’re unreachable then take peoples money but the phone just rings and rings then the customer must suffer...
Terrible experience. Spoke to a consultant regarding unknown bank charges, and the consultant tells me to go to branch where i opened account, and speak to consultant that assisted me to explain the charges. Ive been with Absa for more than a year, changing to them after having bad experiences with Standard Bank. Very poor service
Pathetic service at this place. Theres one person working at the customer service desk. I rather go to Kenilworth branch. Faster service and professional staff over there.
