Whenever I visit Canal Walk I make sure I stop by the Cinnabon kiosk by the food court to purchase a bun to enjoy unrolling at home. Saturday I popped into Canal Walk and as usual I bought one. Boy was I disappointed!The Bun was dry and bland, bordering stale. Last night we popped into canal walk again, and I thought maybe it was just a flop batch I bought on Saturday and that it would be better this time. I bought a medium bun and a row of mixed small ones to be just as disappointed. Where is the soft buttery pastry drenched in the creamy frosting? I am officially off Cinnabon and wont recommend it to anyone anymore...dont waste your money there. You can get fresher, more donuts at the surrounding stores.

Cinnabon not fresh at all. Texture is stale.

Mini Cinnabon were stale. Not impressed that I wasted my money. For the price you pay i would expect them to be fresh since I specially asked the staff on duty which were made fresh.

Mini connabons were super stale, hard as rocks, definitely several days old. If youre going to takeaway first give them a poke or something before you leave the shop.

Decadent sumptuous cake with cinnamon flavour. This is a small kiosk in front of the food court at canal walk, so it is very noticeable.Baked daily their menu is absolutely tantalising.

I bought 2 cinnamon buns this morning - I am used to them. But the two I got this morning was old and in future will never buy any of them.I did asked the guy if this was fresh ones and his answer was yes! But that was not the case! No one is picking up a phone! What a disappointment!

Cinnabon is a shop in Century Mall, next to one if the entrance doors. They dont come cheap maybe because their products are of a high quality and fresh. My children love this place.

I went to the canal walk branch today and the service i received was very poor.I had asked the cashoer to Remove one it and the respose i got was that they cant authorize..I was told that the company is the one that Remove that on the sytem

The service was friendly but when I got home I had had a very dry cinnabon. Almost no frosting or choc sauce. First time thats happened.

Hi Cinnabon your pastries and your drinks are amazing they deserve a 5 star review but in my going there I got handed a plastic straw which I think in my opinion is negllagence to everything thats going around. During this pandemic we cant add on other bad things in our lives such as hurting the Earths atmosphere with a measley plastic straw. Cinnabon please show me that your franchise can taste good and care for the environment.

Hi, I bought my family your chillatas and it tasted sour. My kids had half already until i took a sip abs realised it was off. I went back and the lady checked, the ice cream that was used was off and sour. Dont you do quality control and checks?This happened now Sunday 16:00 at Canal Walk opposite Toys R Us

Had an unfortunate experience with my Cinnabon’s from this branch, however once I emailed the head office. Within less than 24 hours Michelle from the head office contacted me, managed to resolve the issue and had fresh Cinnabon’s delivered to my doorstep. A special thanks to Michelle for her excellent customer service and professionalism.

Dry/stale cinnabons! Very disappointing!

I approached the counter and explained that i have never tasted any beverages from Cinnabon. I was assisted by Ridah (canal walk food court kiosk) who introduced me to a cinnamon chillatta. It tastes absolutely delicious! Needless to say I will be back for more. This young man was extremely friendly and efficient. With staff like this your business will grow from strength to strength.

Hi Cinnabon, Im standing here for my cinnabon more then half hour n there is only one person helping people, you should of keep more staff as its festive season n its super busy in canal walk

I went to the one within the food court. Always satisfying, and the service is not too bad either.

I had a few of these yesterday and I fell in love with it instantly! Probably the best reason to gain weight! Will definitely be going back soon.

Bad service.Coffe was not good and neither was the chillatte.Very disappointing.

Delicious, hot and sticky. What else could you want? I would recommend having the cream cheese cinnabon.

Smelled the cinnamon a mile away but with the flies walking all over the buns, I decided not to have some. Very disappointed!

Buns are always delicious when warm. Their drinks, however, are too icy in my opinion.

Cinnabons today were small and doughy. The buns did not proove properly. Abit dissapointed☹

It is just a small spot, but it is Cinnabon. We love Cinnabon since our vacation in Canada. So we were very lucky to found this place and had the opportunity to enjoy the taste of Cinnabon stuff after such a long time of abstinence. :)

Horrible service and the worst cup of coffee ever...most of the watered down coffee was spilled all over by the lady who could care less to use any gross motor skills.
