A consignment store is based on trust. The seller is trusting the store owner with their belongings and to be honest and transparent. I unfortunately did not have a good experience. When I asked for ‘evidence’ of what had been sold she got defensive and gave me the run around. Eventually she gave me an used envelope on which she had written the months and what I would be paid (which was very little based on what I gave to her). I found the store owner to be very rude, unprofessional and very disorganised. I’m sure buying might be an easier experience as it’s in the backs of those selling their items and getting ripped off in the process. Seller beware is all I can say. Overall a very stressful and upsetting experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer service is very poor, I am a regular as I always need clothing for my son, but I dont appreciate the service I receive from the owner. Once my clothing which were in good condition were not even put on sale, it was given back to me when I visited the store. I love the concept but I get better service and sales on Facebook marketplace.

A great business and place for shoppers, but sadly not always for consignees. If you plan to sell your much loved baby goods be careful, when I expressed my queries/concerns the owner was disrespectful and unprofessional and seemed to be too busy to care. Not a good response when you are providing a service.

Quality, well-presented clothing (mostly brand name or overseas baby and young kids clothing + toys, cots and prams at excellent prices. Great service too and passionate owner. I LOVE this place!!!

I love this place abd have dressed my twins both a boy and a girl un the most gorgeous clothes (often imported so great quality) since babies! I pop in abd out as sometimes you get nothing nice and sometimes stunning stuff! It makes it fun! Staff also lovely! 😊
