I went to there changerooms on Saterday 15/05/21 and i was disgusted with how dirty and filthy it is from top to bottom. The dirtiest changeroom i have ever seen in my life and they expert customers to use them extremely disappointed .
Went there today to buy some shoes, there was no one on the floor to assist me, there was a lady hanging up hoodies right by me, I believe another coworker of hers called her Mikayla (unsure of names spelling) but when I said hi and before u could even ask for assistance she turned around straight up ignoring me and disappeared into the back. She hid in there while I waited another 5 or so minutes looking for assistance in getting a size in a shoe I was interested in. She popped her head out again after those 5 minutes saw me STILL waiting there for assistance and very quickly ducked back behind the door.Another young gentleman finally appeared to assist but was also not very friendly at all.There just seems to be absolutely no care to assist customers in this store from the staff on the floor.Felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in this store I decided to leave the shoes I was there to buy.
I ordered shoes they said they going to let me know once it at shop 3 weeks later Im still waiting
Called and they answered 1st time, shoes in stock and collecting after work, Thanks Meyer
Sometimes its hard to get service on the floor. But this dude malick deserves employee of the year. Always great when hes around
The Manageress totally ignored the queue waiting to pay. One teller open on a Saturday!!! She was at the tills, and only when one of her staff who had assisted me earlier noticed how long we were all waiting, and approached her, did she deign to allow her to open a till. The item I was purchasing was R700 alone. You would think the clientele should be treated a whole lot better. Shocking attitude from her.

Whats the point of having a contact number if you call and they say they getting some 1 to assist with footwear after 20min of being on hold I have to drop the call and now not even answering the phone

I am very much disgusted of the service that i got in your store staff needs to be up skilled about your refund policy i bought a pair of takkies in parow centre and wanted to refund it in capegate because they are close to me but i was told i need to go back to parow centre because they dont stock the item and was told it will take the up to 2 to3 weeks to send it back to where i purchased it which meant i needed to go back to parow to refund the shoe there very poor service from capegate staff
