I am very disappointed with the service I got from Sportscene Parow Centre today the 10/07/2021. I bought a phone Samsung A21s cost R 3299.00 I get the phone with flat battery and when I get home is the second hand phone, it has password after spending so much money. Im deeply disappointed even the guy that was selling the phone for me didnt even switch on for me POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I hope Ill get my money back tomorrow

Myself and my partner always receive excellent service at sportscene parow centre. Thank you too all the staff for always assisting and being so friendly when we enter the store. A special thank you to Stacey whos the supervisor. Shes literally a good asset to the the business as her work ethic really showed today when returning a hoodie and having the correct size available when my gf got to the store to collect.Stacy thank you once again for your assistance its much appreciated.

Very unprofessional. I got an sms from them to say my card is ready. Then the lady said they were offline and couldnt give new cards to any new account holders. I phoned the Bellville branch immediately and they said I could collect my card immediately. I just want Sportscene Parow Centre Branch to know that I am very unsatisfied with their service, and I would have understood if they had mentioned in the SMS that due to technical difficulties, I cannot collect my card at this time and they will send an SMS again to inform me that the card is ready. Other than letting me travel to Parow for absolutely nothing.

No customer service,I walked in here yesterday, with the intention of buying sneakers. The staff just stood around on their phones, they dont greet entering customers, too busy daydreaming or on the phone. It would help if you greet and ask if you can help, given its part of your job.Needless to say, no purchase was made on my end.

Staff were very friendly and helpful dealing with a shoe exchange. Received incorrect shoe size with an online order and they were happy to help

Stores nice but crude lyrics and swearing in music played, not kid friendly

Very disturbed by the lyrics of the song that was playing in the store...explicit lyrics & I am cringing seeing small kids subjected to this. Even more distressed that the music is coming from sportscene radio!
