My experience at Soundmatch - Access Park was absolutely superb. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and incredibly accommodating. They fixed my central locking and radio in an hour and a half, and offered me the BEST price I could have gotten! I am exceptionally grateful for businesses like Soundmatch who really take pride in prioritising their customer experience and do their utmost best to ensure customers are satisfied after the work is done. I would recommend Soundmatch again and again. Thank you Ridhaa and his team for your incredible service. I will be back.Emma

I was visiting Cape Town and needed to replace my car radio with a din2 set to accommodate my fitted rearview camera. I was told in George that it would take most of a day to rewire the system. I could only get to Soundmatch Kenilworth at 10:30 on the Monday before a public holiday so did not think they would do it.The friendly and competent staff assured me it would be done.I returned at the agreed time and the only short delay was caused by the supplier having sold me an incorrect adapter.All in all a most professional job and I recommend Soundmatch to anyone requiring car audio/security/accessories etc

Kyle manager on duty today 19/08/20. I called from AAA Locksmiths to let Kyle know about a problem client and our tech guys where not in for a wiring issue. He solved it asap and called me before the client could. Super amazing service highly recommended and we have 3 vans with full central locking systems installed with issues. Give them a call 👍👏

I will never reccomend the access park branch for any installation work..Im revoking my good review in light of the discovery I made on the evening of my installation, 20th of October 2018.  In experiencing troubles with my handbrake in my Datsun Go, I looked under the dash to see what was causing it to stick and found that my speakers had been wired through the handbrake mechanism. CLEARLY the person who oversaw this either had intentions of wanting my wiring to snap and have me come back and spend more money or they were really really inexperienced. On top of that, extra bits of wire and cable ties were left all over my car floor and my radio was not put back correctly causing it to wobble.To make it worse, upon rewiring everything to solve the handbrake issue, I found that my sub was in fact wired incorrectly to the head unit and had to redo this as well. Im incredibly disappointed with this and want to ask for a full refund on my installation costs because of all the trouble this caused and the damage it could have caused to my sub and the inconvenience it caused by me not being able to use my handbrake. Im starting to wonder if the fuses were even installed and if they actually did need to charge me for a wiring kit as I see on my speakers box it comes with all the nesecary wires too. To make it worse, I felt so uncomfortable with one of the employees constantly asking me for a tip and to make him right and that I must look after him before and after the installation process.  It would have also been nice if they asked me before putting a sticker on the back of my car which I didnt mind too much but I guess its time for a change to the common practice which is needed to be done as I see many people have complained about this as well.The owner of soundmatch seriously needs to look into this. I doubt Im the only one who has had wiring issues as well as the others mentioned.

Excellent experience at Soundmatch Access Park. I took my car to diagnose audio issues that couldnt be solved at so many other car audio places. Ridwaan quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and adjusted the audio to sound fantastic.I returned to install a new car radio and check out a few other things. They patiently listened to my requests and got around to everything I asked for. Im very impressed with the service I received.Thank you to Ridwaan and Kyle for helping out – I will be back.

Poor workmanship. purchases an Amp and a sub.sound match technician installed it. drilled the amp to my backseat using three screws that all three came loose before getting home. and the wiring was visible under the dashboard and by the back passenger seat.

Poor workmanship. Bad wiring resulted in my control unit having to be replaced, which is NOT cheap. If you dont know how to do wiring on a polo vivo, please inform the customer so they can go elsewhere to avoid UNNECCESSARY costs due to your bad workmanship. No wonder your invoice states no guarantee on workmanship.

Im not about shaming businesses but l had a bad experience and all the drama is just to much for typing. l wont recommend them anymore after what l experienced. If you still decide to go l must inform you that the guy who did my installation kept pretending that he was doing me a favour and that l should sort him out with lunch or leave him something. I hope l dont have any further issues regarding my warranty, oh l enquired about it then the guy tells me there is no warranty on my device fitted checks my response then he says he is only joking.... l had to let them put this in writing that l got a 2 year warranty and not 1 year as stipulated on the invoice also note the 1st invoice did not state that it covered my item purchased and installed. The manager was a solid guy though l had no issues with him, but l do feel that the business doesnt take your best interest as a client into account so you have to be alert or you could be taken for a ride.

Please see full story to why its 5*s:Took my new car there yesterday. They did the installation and everything perfect but they damaged my dashboard. Its a new car but I can see all the screwdriver marks on my dashboard and there is no way to fix it. Im very upset about the whole thing. Good prices but bad workmanship. I love my new spund system but i still cant believe they dont take care of your property.Edit to my original review:I laid a complaint with the branch and I must say that the Manager Kyle. Handled it professionally and Courteously.I will definitely go back as he did not make me feel like, Why you complaining? We came to an agreement with compensation and I am happy with the outcome. I did not expect anything.

Poor workmanship,do not go there for any installation,they will mess up your whole wiring and they made a big drill hole on my new car to install a reverse camera as they dont know how to do it, there was no need to do that,I made a mistake by going there without checking other reviews on Google, please stay away from them to save your money ,time and car.

I bought an aircon regas voucher from Soundmatch on Deal zone. The regas was done, but the air coming through, was still warm. I complained about this, and the manager contacted me personally. He was very apologetic, gave me a full refund, and even issued me with some valuable air conditioning advice.

Very bad workmanship and communication. If you at all care for your car make sure you ask all the questions before going ahead..dont assume they care as much as you do..prices seem good but would personally prefer to pay normal prices for decent service and I am not sure that they are particularly cheap. Without communicating to me they fitted the store demo-unit to my car. Also not happy that they put a sticker on my car window without asking. And another thing .. I was told the install would take an hour ( which I thought was optimistic). 4 and a bit hours later I left only to turn back because of not having AM reception. Still bad .. Will go back and update this review if anything positive happens.. but not particularly holding my breath. If you care about quality then I would suggest to go somewhere else..
