I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - 200% MARKUP ON PARTS AND R1000 LABOUR PER HOUR! I was a loyal customer for many years as I always believed them to provide a good service at a fair price. I was sadly disappointed the last week. I trusted their quote of R6000 to replace front wheel bearings on my Mazda Drifter. Discovered later the bearing kit they installed at R2000 each retails for R700 at their own parts center! I then got a quote from the Mazda agents for the same job - R4800 with genuine parts! Their labour costs are R1000/hour vs, R825 at the agents. To add insult to injury Sandra then quotes me R1300 to install tie-rod ends that were easily accessible and partly disconnected when installing the bearings! I contacted Sandra regarding the issues and she undertook to come back to me, which she never did! THEY PRICE GOUGING THEIR CUSTOMERS - I WOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Great service from Sandra and her crew yet again. Arrived just after opening and was immediately helped. Had shocks, shock mountings and protection kits fitted. Took just under two hours. Quick and efficient. Was also advised with regards to shock mountings but the plan was to have them changed out anyway. Will definitely consider using them again

Staff were friendly and helpful and when it looked like it might take too long, stopping me from being able to pick my son up from school while they were busy, they offered to drive me there to pick him up. Great place to go for all your tyre and wheel work.

They get the job done at a reasonable price. Have only had 1 real issue with a previous car but nothing serious. Staff are friendly and know the business. Just be careful with less common vehicles and parts.

Took my car in for a change in water bottle and came back with everything else that needed changing including my tyres. When I returned to say the tyres were new, the service man agreed they had another 10,000kms left - why would that have been on the list. Turns out a service at Mekor Ford is cheaper too.

Took an incredibly long time to be served. They seem to draw every budget conscious consumer and this creates an overcrowded situation. In my case, they kept turning me away but after my third return they made accomodation for me to come back 30 minutes later. The person attending to my car was very polite and professional. Overall, good conduct by everyone but the precarious entrance on a one-way road and the overcrowded premises makes me unlikely to come back because it is complicated with the congestion.

Very friendly staff that goes above and beyond. I arrived before opening time of Dunlop Kenilworth and witnessed the staff entering the building and they didnt even hesitate to assist me even though it was just before their starting time at 8. This is so rare in Cape Town that I do applaud them and their great customer service that they do with a smile. So impressed with how quick my tire was fixed as well. Amazing!

We did a complete front suspension replacement that came to almost R9000. Got the car back. All parts replaced and worked properly... however we got the car back with greasy stains in the front and a new crack in the rear bumper. We have proof (pictures) that there were no cracks before sending it in... we obviously went back but they wouldnt hear much of it... for R9000 I would expect better treatment! TAKE PICS OF YOUR CAR BEFORE SENDING IT HERE.

Sandra and her team are always so helpful. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and Sandra generally has the best prices compared to other tyre shops I have been to or had quotes from. The shop also has a waiting room with complimentary coffee and some magazines but could also be used to get some work done if you take your laptop along with you. My only issue would be that they are in Kenilworth rather than in the city bowl 😀

Bought new tyres from them. They told me I had to replace front shocks and knuckle. Month later fitted front shocks after a knocking noise on my front wheel. This time I was met with a bad attitude.They replaced shocks but knocking noise continued. Went back the next day was met with a bad attitude as soon as she saw me. I asked them if they checked shock mountings and bearings as my ex husband suggested it. I was told yes they did and they would have picked it up when they did the wheel balancing and alignment and they did not need replacing. I went to Tyger Wheel and Tyre up the road. Excellent service said if shocks were replaced could be suspension mountings. Which they kindly replaced for me. Noise continued. They did not charge me because they said the problem was not solved. Tonnesons said knuckle needed replacing so I replaced my entire cv joint. It was still knocking. Went to Quick Fit. Again great service and helpful. These guys suggested Suspension mountings were not good quality. So I got a new pair. still no joy and Supa Quick did not charge me yet again and suggested I take my car to testing station for a suspension check. Which I did today. How angry am I after spending money on New shocks, New CV joints (not boots, because they said knuckles)2 sets of 2x Suspension mountings, Vehicle test and countless hours of driving around. To be told that the problem is an old Shock Mounting. When I specifically asked if they had checked these. I also found out that it is standard practice when installing shocks to install the bearing and the mounting because your shocks will not be supported properly and will not last long. These are always done together and are sold in a kit which works out cheaper. Sold per item the price is high. (More money out my pocket) Their prices are not cheap and Im sorry to say bad attitude from the lady with dishonesty I will never go there again. Tyger wheel and Tyre for all my future Tyres and everything else Supa Quick. Great Service Guaranteed by both these other companies. I feel sorry for all those woman like myself who have no idea that mountings, bearings and shocks should be replaced together.

The wheel fitter broke my McGard lock nut key on the first wheel he tried to remove because he first loosened the other normal 3 wheel nuts which meant all the force was now on the lock nut. He was also dishonest and thinking I was stupid told me that there was no key inside the lock nut key but when I looked at the nut the key pieces was still inside the lock nut where it was sheared off. Now I cant remove wheels at all and have to order a new lock nut key which there is currently no stock off and I dont know how long I will have to wait for a replacement and also the key itself replacement cost is R850 because of the special order and shipping cost. Tonnesons to train their staff to first loosen the lock nut and not use impact tools either before loosen the rest of the nuts.

The only fitment centre I could find that had shock absorbers for my car (Honda FRV).
