Not impressed with the service from this branch. Staff dont seem to know what they are selling. Requested a quote and provided detailed information on the parts required, car make and model (including model code), engine details,. First quote they sent had items missing, second quote had the requested items but they were for a completely different vehicle. On top of that they also requested samples - not sure how they expect me to drive to them with the brake pads/discs taken off my car.Went to a competitor nearby and got the correct items quickly and easily. They just did a lookup on the car model and was able to provide the parts. Havent had this experience before at other Masterparts branches.

My husband ordered parts early Saturday morning to be delivered, 11h00 he was still waiting on the parts. He phoned again to find out why it is taking so long. Well no parts were delivered. Will definitely not use them again and not recommend them to anyone. Example of terrible service delivery.
