Incredible service from Paul Germishuizen - he looked after me from the first point of contact via email and then finding me the correct starter motor and making sure it was delivered to the branch most convenient for me to collect.He also gave me the extra reassuring knowledge that spares are available if ever required.Thanks Paul 👍

Dont really want to help you. Puts you on hold for anything from 5-10 minutes at your cost. Tells you they dont have stock and they will check with head office. They never return calls or let you know. When you phone again the previous person you spoke doesnt exist and they say they never had stock or the item doesnt exist.I dont mind someone saying an item isnt in stock or they dont stock it, but dont pretend you do, never call a customer back and when they follow up waste their time for 30 minutes before saying you cant supply the item.Wont support Diesel Electric if I dont have to.

I only sat in the car outside. My husband said that it took a long time to get the parts that were actually supposed to be ready for collection.

Staff unwilling to help. Ask for specific testlight which they did have in stock. Came up with all sorts of excuses why they could not order the testlight. Went to Parow branch and they help me the same day.

Dont accept Nedbank fleet cards???? Its company policy is the excuse. Diesel Electric needs to review its policies.... Unhelpful, arrogant and rude regional manager. No such thing as customer service In their books.

Been doing business with that branch for years spending hundreds of thousands of Rands and now they treat their customers as criminals having their delivery guys come and sit in my office untill I settle unpaid invoice from previous day and then telling me he wants a photo of proof!
