Security officer is friendly. The prices is very reasonable. It is one of those gems that you dont really want to share with the rest of the world because selfishness kicks in because of the quality of service you get.

Pretty disappointing to be honest. I walked,Security was reasonably friendly,signed in,he held the infrared waaay too far from my forehead and my temperature only measured 30( I should be dead at that temperature). I approached the counter at sales and asked where I can order seeing as the sales consultant was looking at me. He looked at me and said you can just wait Im busy. The abrupt tone and attitude really wasnt appreciated. So I told him he has a stink attitude. He didnt answer.Then a second sales guy asked if he could help( he would get 5 stars)I got back to my workshop and the fender wouldnt fit. I had to trim the edges alot to get it to line up. Im aware that pirate parts arent from the agents but that was insane. I own a panelshop and it was nothing but a terrible experience.As I mentioned above,the second sales guy was great

Phoned them for quotation on a windscreen. After holding and being redirected to 4 times to reception I got to speak to a sales agent. He gave me a price and no matter what, HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONFIRM THAT PRICE VIA EMAIL, can ONLY give price via telephone. Manager wasnt there to talk to!I have never heard of a company not allowed to send a price via mail for the customers peace of mind! What if I get there and he gives a different price, I have nothing to fall back on! Simply awful experience!!
