I am very impressed with the service that I received from Ayesha at this branch. I had been looking for boot struts for my BMW for some time and she went out of her way to source them for me. Service like this is so totally lacking nowadays and to find someone that values customer service is rare. WeI would definitely recommend them for your needs.

I visited the store today to buy a fuse after my car lighter blew. Knowing very little about cars, I was unable to advise of the size fuse I needed. The attendant offered to check for me, and then put the new fuse in for me and removed a connected wire that was serving no purpose in my car I paid for the fuse which was a mere R3.00 but the service and attitude that I received today was worth at least R3000! Thank you so very much!! I will definitely support you again.

Staff Zoning Out Automatically

Situated across the Hypermarket in Ottery. Very pricey with their parts compared to other parts centres. Even more expensive than AutoZone Mitchells Plain. If you have extra cash and are in the area than the location would be convenient.

Casher was very unfriendly to say the least. Not what one expects from frontline staff, she didnt even greet.

Worst experience ever. Trading hours says 9 till 12 on a sunday but never opened. Tried calling 30 times to store hoping they opened after i left. But nobody answered, assuming they stayed closed even though their trading hours says 9 till 12 on a sunday. This store is pathetic Im really disappointed that i couldnt purchase what i wanted, now i have to wait till i get a off day again, to actually come to this store to get what i need, i hope they open or answer when i come again
