I always find it difficult to smile when I get out of this shop as I dont feel that there is a good service, I stood on the line once waiting for assistance and the lady just left the counter and never even apologised for taking calls while she was busy with me after waiting for a long time. They did not even have the product I was looking for.

Lines can be very long but staff are friendly, down to earth. I was very impressed with tubby the last time I was there. I phoned to check if they have stock and for a quote, I was speaking to tubby they had stock and tubby said he will keep it aside for me I must just ask for him so when I got there I just went to the counter where tubby was. The order was ready and he double checked that the parts was the same as the old part I brought with as a sample.

This used to be such a nice Midas, close to home and with nice people helping you...now its just close to home.I would support any spares shop that offers good service and that is why i will no longer support Midas Kuilsriver.* Everyone at the paypoint is fine, there are just 1 or 2 bad apples at the sales/spares counter that are only there for a paycheck.

Bought gearbox oil... asked for assistance in line with what I needed and gearbox oil specifications... nearly r500 rand later came home just to hear they gave me wrong oil although I was assisted 😞

Not very good customer service at parts division. You stand long in a so called line to be helped and other people come in from the side and get helped 1st. You not even noticed by anyone. Unless some people choose to spend their time just randomly standing in the shop as a hobby.

Shocking service. After waiting in the queue and complaining that other customers were jumping the queue, I was scolded by Jason, one of the salesmen. Sir, respect is earned. I will NEVER support this Midas again with your unapologetic pathetic attitude towards clients who pay your salary! I am still waiting for feedback on my complaint. I have advised my family and friends to stay away from your business. Shocking is an understatement!!!
