Good friendly service.

If i could give zero stars i would. I am not impressed with their workmanship and quality of work. I got told my motor would take 1 week and it ended up being there for a month and it was still not completed. After installing the motor there was a nock on the crank from the first start. I would absolutely advise anyone against Mastercams as they are only costing me more money as i have to take the whole motor apart again to repair the damage that they had created.

You phone on a Thursday to book your spot for saterday morning to get your new cam installed, just to arrive there and wait 30 minutes for them to confirm that the guy Im waiting for drinks to much on a Friday and dont pitch up for work on a Saturday, and that out of the owners own mouth

SHOCKING SERVICE, MY MECHANIC TOOK MY CAM TO HIM, ONLY TO BE TOLD 2 WEEKS LATER THAT THEY IN FACT CANNOT MODIFY IT,NO CALLS, DROVE TWICE FROM MILNERTON TO STIKLAND, WHAT A WASTE.

If you want to be dissapointed, then master cams in stikland is the place to go! Poor service and workmanship. Definitely no customer satisfaction. Their 1 week turn around time is apparently 4 months! Took my crank there 4 months back when going there to get an update, the crank was all rusted and the knife edging looked like crap. Was told by the owner (Malcom) that they had forgotten, nevermind all the calls to them trying to get an update (promising to call back but never happens). Please people, do avoid disappointment, do not go to master cams in stikland.

It takes them 3 weeks to sort out one head, they dont return calls begging pleading and threatening doesnt help they are unprofessional and arrogant
