I was in an accident and my car was towed here incorrectly, but they provided me with excellent service and was sympathetic to my situation as we struggled with the insurance company involved and did not charge me additional costs in the form of storage fees due to the inability of the insurance company to perform their work properly.I would recommend PR Motors as they are friendly, honest and fast in both service and feedback and would work with them again any day.

Rude and unprofessional behaviour from both owner and his receptionist. Called them to establish when my vehicle would be ready today after calling the owner Mike yesterday when he told me my vehicle would be ready by this morning just be told when I called this morning that my vehicle would now only be ready by 4pm this afternoon. Both owner and receptionist extremely unprofessional in their responses and no apology made at no stage for my inconvenience. Contacted them several times this morning just to get such a rude and demeaning response. Please do yourself a favour, avoid taking your car to PR motors. Customer service is non existent here.

Unprofessional and rude manager in dealing with a customer complaint. Walked out on our discussion and slammed the security gate behind him, locking me out in the process. He was unavailable to conclude the conversation.Initial work was done well but lack basic skill in dealing with customer complaints in a calm, civil manner.

Cant even keep an appointment, let alone repair my vehicle. Weak and unprofessional. Cant believe Santam is referring a customer to you.
