The last time I will ever go there. I put petrol in here at least twice a week for the last two years. I always tip a decent amount. Not once have I ever been offered to have my windows cleaned or my oil and water checked, by different attendants. Nor do they ask for my loyalty card. They even once added more tip to my card then I said they should, did bring it up with management.Most of the time they barely greet you as you arrive because theyre too busy talking to each other.Your staff are lazy and complacent and dare I say classist.There are other petrol stations so I will be adjusting my route to go past them rather than you from now on.

I thought it was first come first served but clearly not today, petrol attendant walked towards car that pulled in after me, looking at him he asked if helped and I said NO but he still proceeded to help that car and tell me he is coming now. Really?!

Worst shell in whole of cape town no customer service at all I wanted to fill up my vehicle I pulled up to the pump not one petrol attendant came to me they were just sitting on their chairs talking to each other while Im looking at them in my mirror waiting for service worst service ever eventually left frustrated

By far the worst service I have gotten at any shell garage .at 12h10 14 dec 2020 the staff seems to walk around like zombies .4 cars in bays with more than enough attendants around and everyone had to wait for whatever .after questioning yalani about the service...all i got was attitude. Very unpleasant experience.

Disappointing!Purchased an ice cream and a loaf of bread on 19 May 2019.Was given the incorrect change.When I asked for a slip, the slip produced only had on it the loaf of bread. The cashier then went on to generate a second slip this time with the correct items and then gave me the missing change.In short, the staff are cheating the customers and the owners.

Great petrol station. Toilets and shop leave much to be desired.Never the less, the staff are super friendly and the give a rare smile to everyone.Convenient location if youre headed south east towards Muizenberg.

Bad experience petrol attendants was reading his newspaper finished, then when eventually needed to pay. The cashier wouldnt help me swap my loyalty CARD, saying the manager will do it later when he gets in? Crazy I used to go there once a week but not no more.

Received prompt effective and friendly service from the manager who helped resolve the rejection of my fleet card when my fuel limit on my fleet card was inadvertently exceeded. Much gratitude.

Convenient spot to fill up if youre headed south on the M3. Staff are friendly, and theres a convenience store if you know youre going to be stuck in traffic and need a snack.

The white lady with the short hair and glasses who works here is the rudest person Ive ever met, and actually yelled in my face. Unbelievable that she still works there.

I always stop here on my way home from gym/work to fill up. the last 2 times I was disappointed with the service. Tonight as in the previous time they were short staffed as one of the attendants was watching TV. Again I asked if he was perhaps on tea and I was told no hes not. when they got his attention he sauntered out and I said to him the last time I was here he was watching TV and he denied it. The fact is patrons are waiting to be served and hes watching TV. Not good service I wont be back
