Best FNB bank Ive ever visited. There are always staff coming to every person in the line to try and assist. Customer service is excellent. I didnt wait long in line even though they were short staffed. They were very efficient and I was assisted by Justine who was very helpful and friendly. They also have Covid19 protocols in place

Very slow service bank big enough to split up customers service plan instead of making u stand outside in wind and heat

I called the number provided and before I could even explain my query the person picked up and switched off

Just stood in an outside line for 40 minutes and didnt move once! For a card collection. No systems no process nothing. Absolutely pathetic service. The manager event had the nerve to argue with me in front of an audience. Ill be avoiding this branch

If i can give 0 stars i would... eventually when somebody decided to answer the phone... the line was bad and she put me on hold for another 12 minutes... then somebody answered... line still bad... and i can hear people in the background but nobody paying attention to my call... altogether 17 miutes of my life i will never get back *smh

They are slow and racist. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Their service is poor.

Good service from kind staff, didnt wait too long to be assisted, helped through entire process on multiple accounts, place is clean and friendly will definitely be back and be chosen over any other branch that Ive experienced in surrounding areas and lines are never long at the ATMs outside compared to others in the mall

Worst service. Wast my time for 2h cant help. FNB is selling false benefits. Be aware evan change bank they are just wasting your time and money

We opened a business account at Zevenwaght, they cannot even help us with a card payment device which is safer and convenient for our clients.Numerous complaints were made and nothing being done, FNB is pathetic when it comes to service.

Telephone just rings. The 087...number does not work!! There is no way to contact the branch!!! Pathetic!!!
